First time eating at Moes in years (Wife is a Chipotler). Excellent experience. The guy who was making the burritos at 12:57pm on Sunday January 18th is an absolute stud with true burrito showmanship and a knack for flair. He got the whole experience kicked off on the right foot and in my opinion should be on the fast track to upper management. (No I do not know that man). 5/5.

Wonderful experience! This was my first time at a Moe’s. We got greeted by a man who sang “Welcome to Moe’s” and he did it for everyone who entered that restaurant! Food was spectacular! Huge amount! I was so pleased! Can’t wait to go again!!!!!

My burrito had to be rewrap it split but the second time he folded it he didn’t even fold it so there was cheese and stuff falling out and it was just a mess. I really love Moe’s but this was very disappointing

Its been a while since we’ve eaten here. Wow! This place has gone downhill.
1st issue was the price. Two drinks, 2 bowls with extra chicken, one steak bowl and large queso. This rang up to $65.00 which is insane. What is the companies ROI? The steak bowl was uniformed steak cubes that were bland and full of grizzle. Moe’s was good once upon a time, but not anymore. Low quality and high prices. To make matters worse, our kids are grown but we saw a notice that they were going to stop “kids eat free on Sunday.” Wow, just wow. This explains why there were only 4 tables at 6:00 p.m. on a Friday night.
This is an expensive excuse for Mexican, we could have made the same thing at home for $20. We will not be back.

For starters, no one greeted the customers before me, me or the customers that came in while I was inside. The staff seemed completely checked out and starting to clean and get ready to close. I ordered the Moe Meat Moe Cheese Bowl with the expectation of it being bigger than most other option as it was also the most expensive item on the menu. The employee barely put any rice on the bottom of the bowl before barely adding black beans and then shacking the bowl to spread it out and cover the bottom of the bowl. Then he proceeded to push the beans around to make it look like it was more than it is. Lastly, took two scoops of steak and did the same with that. When I asked for lettuce and olives, they said that it is not customizable. Seriously? Well I guess that means no jalapeños either then right? “Yep, no customizing means no customizing.” I asked for my receipt as I wanted to let corporate know about my experience and the young lady said, “this stores prices are higher than everywhere else.” I’m not sure if this is a training issue or if it’s simply the employees just don’t care. I guess you be judge of that but I’ll never revisit this location.

I love Moe’s but this wasn’t the best experience. The steak was soggy, tasted like it had been cooked days ago. Vegetables and guacamole weren’t fresh either. I’ll be back bc I love this place. But today was not their best.

I’ve been to other Moe’s southwestern grills before but the one in Spanish Fort is unbelievable. Just got a to-go order. It’s all wrong. Not only that the food was cold. Very little for the price you pay! Taste is not as good, It’s not like the other Moe’s southwestern grills. I see why the parking lot barely has anyone out there anymore! I work not far from this location, I can’t leave my store somedays.. You pay $6 for two tablespoons for cheese dip! I do not recommend this location at all!
