Why …. how….. why O why did I give Wendy’s a try again. I stopped giving Wendy’s my money years ago… but somehow I had a brain lapse and picked up dinner there tonight. I will never make that mistake again. It was horribly disgusting. We tried the new “Italian Mozzarella Chicken” the fried cheese was so OVER fried there was no cheese left between the breading. Completely inedible. We tried the pub fries. Nothing like cold fries stuck together with ‘beer cheese’ the consistency of Elmer’s glue, completely tasteless and again inedible. We got 6 nuggets… Or what they call nuggets… all over fried breading with the chicken nowhere in sight. Couldn’t eat those either! The only part of the whole meal we purchased that was even remotely edible was the chocolate frosty… So all in all… between the chicken sandwiches…. the nuggets and the fries… my husband & I couldn’t eat any of it. The whole meal went in the trash and we’ll never go back to Wendy’s again. This was a terrible experience that no one should be put through…. hope I’ve helped you decide to eat elsewhere.

I had a great experience at this Wendy’s. The employees were very sweet, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service from the moment I walked in. My order was taken with a smile, came out quickly, and everything was correct. It’s so nice to be treated kindly. Thank you to the team working today!

waited over 15 minutes for my order. When it was finally served, most of the food was cold. The fries were then taken back through the service window and returned, which raises concerns about cross-contamination and food safety.
In addition, the overall quality of the meal was unacceptable. The food lacked freshness, was poorly prepared, and did not meet basic temperature standards. The extended wait time, combined with cold food and improper handling, resulted in a disappointing dining experience.

This Wendy’s has gone down hill. Went late last week and chicken sandwich was undercooked. Went back and Manager said I would get a call. No call back as of yet. Luckily my daughter didn’t get sick. Won’t be going back.

Placed an order on the app, they didn’t give us the drinks. Ordered nuggets, got home and there was no nuggets. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger, burger had no bacon and was drenched in mayo. Baconator fries were terrible. Mistake after mistake after mistake and it wasn’t even busy. Clueless employees must mean clueless managers.

Came to grab a quick bite with my son before heading home he wanted a frosty cup they had for Halloween but the manager said they hadn’t come in yet. The manager saw my son was upset and offered him a free frosty and my self as well. And kept checking on us to make sure everything was ok and if we needed anything else. Extremely satisfied with our experience. This manager was definitely someone who went over and beyond for his customers. Definitely will be coming back !

My complaint has to do with them up charging to large every visit without asking. This last time I specifically said medium and when I got my receipt and food sure enough it was large again. This is fraud and inexcusable.

I usually eat at this Wendy’s ever since I moved on Eastlake but today it was disappointing. They got our order wrong, they forgot one of our drinks, and the fries were overdone and barely edible, and we couldn’t dispute it because they didn’t give us our receipt back. And for some reason the dressing on my mom’s salad was already opened. The staff people are usually chill but today they were really condescending and dismissive. Do better.

I’ve been to the Eastlake location on thus occasion and twice before where they are not able to scan the QR code for points on the loyalty program and their receipt machine isn’t working either, so no way to claim points for the purchase. I don’t think I’ll be going to this location any more.
