Food is definitely not fresh. Noodles were undercooked and cold. The last two times I ordered Uber Eats from there I ordered 12 crab rangoons and only received 3. It says it on the receipt and they even put a sticker on the package that says an order of 12. I don’t understand how they messed that up both times I’ve ordered. The 3 I did get were old and chewy. I tried calling and asking to speak to a manager and they hung up.

A big thank you to the staff working tonight. I got there 15 minutes before they closed and turned off my truck to order. When I tried to start it back up it wouldn’t start, so the staff inside came out with jumper cables and helped get me going again. They’re amazing people and definitely deserve a raise.

This location sucks! The quality of the food and the portion sizes were awful. The food didn’t taste fresh at all, and the portions were extremely skimpy, noticeably smaller than what I’ve consistently received at other locations especially the Forney location which is so much better!!

Worst tasting panda I’ve been too so far. Orange chicken was stale and tasteless. Honey sesame chicken was cold and tasted as if it had been sitting there all day.
Couldn’t even get my money back for the 3 plates we bought. My wife and the family were very disappointed at this panda and their horrible food quality.

The super greens were fresh, I like my broccoli crunchy and my kale wilted so it was perfect for my liking. The chicken was good as well but they didn’t give me the sauce that goes with it so I was a bit disappointed. Otherwise, the service was great. I asked for a cup of water and they provided that so I can appreciate it. Be sure to ask for soy, sauces, and chili pepper if you want it because otherwise you will be disappointed.

They told me it would be a 7 min wait for broccoli beef at the drive thru. I waited in my car for 20 mins. I went inside to inquire. Two female associates saw me and did not greet me or asked if I needed anything. One of them had horrible colored contact lenses. An older associate asked me what I needed only because she was about to ring up a customer. She told me it would be another 6 mins. I was shocked and disappointed. It sounds to me like they made the beef and broccoli earlier and forgot about my order. I asked for a refund. They wouldn’t give me the refund and asked me to choose a different entree. This is unacceptable. Horrible experience!

Drive through kind of sucks sometimes depending on who’s working, in particular there a woman who can’t understand a word I say and keep forgetting my soy sauce, and I guy who sounds like he would kill everyone there if they gave him a reason, and I keep looking him dead in the eye and saying soy sauce after he asked but he’s forgotten 4 times.

Absolutely ridiculous service and food quantity. To pay 12 dollars for a plate of food and you charge a upcharge for an entree that I get 2 shrimps and one piece of steak. This location is never up to par with the others. From now on I’ll stick to other Chinese locations in town.

This is our second time at the location dinning inside. Yet, another horrible experience. We will never eat at this location again.
Food was old, when asked about it – the server just kept adding the steak that looked like it was 3 days old.
As you can see by the picture, it was disgusting. They had two chances and the wives was no better. Just a waste of money and time. We should have stuck with Jack n the Box tacos
