Ordered a burrito dinner to go. Go to pick it up and the girl at the front asks me if I ordered a king Kong burrito. I said it should be a burrito dinner. She told me to wait and came back and acted like everything was on the up and up. I leave a tip, go home and see that I’ve got a King Kong burrito. No big deal, there are worse problems to have but then I see I got charged 26 bucks. I tipped 4 dollars and some change and even if I’d gotten the correct food I’d ordered it would’ve only been 14.95 before tax, the King Kong is 12.95. I actually got a King Kong burrito a few days prior to go and it was less than 20 bucks. Why did I get charged nearly thirty dollars for a burrito? It should’ve been barely twenty with a tip

At least the food was good because the service was not. Went there for lunch, I had was the Texas enchiladas. Not a bad meal, but the whole 45 minutes I was there, not one time did my server come to ask if I needed anything. Just came with the check. If I go back it won’t be anytime soon unless I have all day to wait for a refill. The ceiling tiles were falling apart, and looked like they had mold. I don’t even want to see the restroom.

We went here for an early lunch. The Host/waitress was the sweetest lady. The chips were served hot with 3 separate salsas. The Texas Enchiladas were delish. The seafood Enchiladas were stuffed full and had a good flavor. Will definitely be back.

Rice had crunchy pieces, and onions were burnt to a crisp. Spent an extra 30 bucks because he brought back fajitas for 2.

Natalitas restaurant serves the best caldo de res I have ever had! I’ve tried this dish at many other places, but none compare to the rich flavor and perfect seasoning they offer here. The service is also outstanding—everyone is incredibly friendly and attentive, making the dining experience even better. If you’re looking for authentic, delicious food with excellent service, this is the place to go!
