Last time I was here they forgot 2 items in my order and I didn’t realize until I got home. Whatever. People make mistakes. But this time was absolutely egregious. I get there and have to deal with the terrible AI ordering thay for some reason csnt comprehend having ice water as a drink in a combo. So I ask for an employee. Then I notice that the employees are having some kind of family party in the dining room with the doors locked. So all of the employees are distracted and not paying attention leaving the customers on their own. So I just drive up to the wi dow to finish my order and they say the microphone or whatever isn’t working which ok might be bs but whatever

My food was packaged and made very sloppy.

My onion rings on my burger were super small like the size of a mini Tamato.

My fries were overcooked.

My soda was just as flat as my food because the employees stuffed 3 orders of food into “1” bag.

My food was sooooo stuffed in the bag to were when I took my food out of the bag everything was “flat” and “squished” including the container the fries came in. For a minute I thought I pulled a “paper menu” out of my bag instead of the actual food because of how squished all the food was. ‍♀️

“If your business “ran out” of “FRIES” just say that! ‍♀️

If your business “ran out” of employees with “COMMON SENSE” just say that!!” ‍♀️

Look how “flat” my “large” order of fries are in the photo!! #Terrible

I need a “REFUND” for my terrible food and a separate refund for wasting my time and money! ‍♀️

The AI totaled me at 10 dollars even. The cashier had to re-enter my order which then came out to almost two dollars more because she up sold me to a combo I didn’t want and i didn’t find out until after I paid.

After my recent visit to the Carl’s Jr. on Watt Avenue, I felt compelled to share my experience. For nearly $20, I expected a simple fast food meal done right—but instead, I was met with a series of frustrating oversights.

First, it’s apparently too much to ask that a soda cup be properly sealed. The lid was barely attached, resulting in a mess before I even got a sip. As for the fries—tragically inedible. Either stale, overcooked, or just neglected, they were nothing close to the hot, crispy side I was hoping for.

To make matters worse, the automated ordering system lacked any sense of clarity or convenience. It felt impersonal and confusing, and honestly, it just made the whole experience feel robotic and frustrating.

The one redeeming factor was the young lady working the window—polite, patient, and clearly doing her best to keep things afloat amid the chaos. Her professionalism stood in stark contrast to the rest of the visit.

All in all, for the price and the poor execution, it was a highly disappointing experience. Carl’s Jr., you’ve got to do better

Went to the drive through they parked us and the people in front of us and the people behind us so 3 cars waiting for orders took about 15 minutes when we got home the breakfast burgers didn’t have eggs what is a breakfast burger without egg
