This is one super busy KFC that is not only eat in but services the county through Uber Eats & more. I’ve personally delivered food orders through Uber all over the county from this location. They are fast, efficient & clean facility as well. I’ve eaten in the restaurant that has a festive dining area. Love ❤️ that they are friendly and welcoming group of employees. Coleslaw is still exceptional in quality & taste. (One of my favorite items).

I DoorDash Taste of KFC 4 pc. Deal of KFC 4pc deal and Dr Pepper with Sweet, Vanilla Cream , they didn’t put a sticker on top of my drink for safety ,but they sealed the bag and put silverware in the bag this time because last time I order Mashed Potatoes & Gravy , Dr Pepper they gave me straw but but no silverware. My Mashed Potatoes & Gravy that I got again this time were litter bit cold. My dasher said that they also didn’t have where you get your ideas at the window were blocked off. I can’t call them to make a complaint because it’s saying something about a code that I don’t know what that means. Food services places need to do better specially when you want to DoorDash food and drinks.but My dasher was awesome!

The food was really good. The service was great. The girl who waited on us was very nice and helpful. The sound of the manager getting the help she needed was good. Also the workers said please and thank you to each other. You don’t hear that too much any more. The store was clean and neat.

Paid extra for sauces but did not receive any of them and there were pieces of corn in our mashed potatoes. We ordered online and came at the time the app told us to and the order taker made sure to tell us at the speaker our order wasn’t near ready to act smart. We would have went back but we were already home.

We stopped here on a long trip home, so it was a little later, like 9:45. They were out of most of the things that we wanted and wouldn’t make more. For example, I wanted a crispy chicken sandwich and someone in front of us ordered tenders and she replaced my filet with 2 tenders on the sandwich. My daughter got two chicken legs and there was barely any meat on there. We wanted extra crispy and they only had original. They said they were out of biscuits, so we asked what they would replace it with and she said a small side. So, we asked for another coleslaw. We waited until the chicken tenders were done (about 7 mins) and she brought our food out and said they “found” a biscuit. Like, where?? Lol We usually love KFC, but lately, it’s been pretty bad with being out of products. I think we’ll be headed elsewhere from now on!

Possibly the best KFC in the area. We’ve been going to this one since moving to Salem.
Tonight was no exception. I got sick over the weekend, and all I was craving was a spicy chicken sandwich. My fianceé picked a couple up about an hour before closing. As usual, it was hot, fresh, and crispy, with a generous amount of sauce. Very tasty, and it really hit the spot in my tired, sick brain. The staff were friendly, too.

Never ever again. I’m in food service and ai know you should at least acknowledge a customer. These employees watched not only me but a few others walk out with out even batting an eye towards them. I stood there for ten minutes as the young lady with nose piercing fussed about having to do a door dash. You can tell there were no managers (or good management) there.
