As a whole I think almost every other sandwich chain is better than subway but there are none in this area so when I feel like a sandwich I drive here. The food is what it is. What makes me purchase from this store is the service. The staff here are EXTREMELY friendly and always make me feel welcome. When I come for a late dinner the store is always slow and the staff are ALWAYS cleaning instead of standing around on their phone like I see other places. Youre hard work is noticed!

We had a coupon for ‘buy two foot long sandwiches and get one free’, so like almost everyone at this time, we’re getting our share of take out and decided to use it.
Two sandwiches, classic tuna with provolone and sweet onion chicken teriyaki with everything but jalapenos, had the Italian herb and cheese roll and the third, meatball marinara with green pepper and provolone, had the Italian. The chicken teriyaki and meatball sandwiches we had toasted. They were all good we agreed eating them at home.
The gal behind the counter was polite, kind and attentive to the food, but could have used some help as the wait was very long. When I walked in, a customer was getting two different six inch sandwiches, with almost everything on them, so that took awhile. The couple who came in after me had to wait awhile for our three to be built. One guy came in and left assessing the wait time. I was in there for over twenty minutes.
Another thing of note was the bathroom was not usable for customers, because apparently since Subway’s policy is their bathrooms are available to all, the employee told us someone came in and used it earlier and made such a mess it would have to be closed until a cleaning crew came to clean it after hours. She said she was going to have to lock up briefly at some point in her shift to use a neighboring stores. Good grief. Bad circumstances for staff and clients. Subway needs a solution for this as I doubt anyone wants the person preparing their food cleaning up that kind of human waste even with gloves.

Have been a customer many times at this Subway. I find the staff to be very friendly and have never had any problems with my orders. I have never had a bad experience here .

I got an attitude for walking up to the wrong side of the counter. Then the lady who took my order had an attitude about something, I’m sorry I ordered a sandwich from a sandwich shop! I guess I should have read the reviews first!

Never have I ever had such a terrible experience at a subway. Fine sandwiches, but I came here with my three children. They were sitting and playing with their toy cars, making minimal noise. At least three times, comments were made from the employees about their noise level. They were making car noises, moving about, but certainly nothing disruptive. I am a mother of three and I am used to looks and comments, but to hear it so frequently in a short period was infuriating. I’m sorry my kids imagination made you have to speak a little louder.

Tried ordering online and their system was not working and rejecting the payment and after 4 or 5 attempts drove to store and mentioned the issue and they wouldn’t honor online offers. So we left and will take our business where customer service is a priority.

They lost a good customer today. I’m pregnant and order from this location about once a week. Almost every time I pick up my sandwiches (I order through the app) they are missing something. Usually it’s the avocado (which I pay extra for) or the black olives. I also order extra veggies (because I get veggie subs with no meat or cheese) and they never give me extra. They barely give me the regular amount. It bothers me because I try to make up for the absence of meat and cheese with the veggies. I usually just eat them and take the loss because I don’t feel like driving all of the way back or dealing with the stress. Today, I had enough because over half of the veggies were missing. They forgot the cucumbers, pickles, black olives, onions and banana peppers. When I called them about it the employee said that she personally made them and she denied forgetting anything. She told me if I wanted a resolution I would have to call the owner the next morning. They basically said that I was wrong/lying and refused to help me. Eventually I got them to agree to make new ones but they told me I would have to give the other sandwiches back. I agreed and went all the way back to the store to get the new ones. When I got there they had already made them. I asked if they could remake them in front of me because I’m uncomfortable with complaining about food because I worry that the food will be sabotaged (I’ve worked in food service and I’ve seen some disgusting stuff) and they refused to do this. Then the employee got the owner on the phone who also refused my request. I ended up leaving in tears because no one seemed to care and I did not want to put further stress on my body- as I said, I’m pregnant (due next month). My fiancé and I will never ever come back to this location. I’m absolutely disgusted by how I was treated.

Given this location too many chances. I should have given up when I walked up to the store to find the entire staff out front having a smoke break and the manager said they’d be right in. The staff is extremely unprofessional. Every time I visit I hear the manager and staff discussing inappropriate topics in front of customers such as complaining about online orders or talking about which ingredients they find “gross”. The food is usually fine besides neglectful mistakes caused by lack of attention and conversing with each other instead, or the occasional off flavor of another sandwich on the edges that were sliced by a dirty tasting knife. The unprofessionalism displayed by the staff has made me too uncomfortable to continue eating there as I don’t trust these people to keep ingredients fresh or abide by proper sanitation guidelines.

It’s a Subway. Standard fare, but I can say in their favor that they always get my order correct when I order through the app and it’s always ready at the time it says it will be ready. Stop the car right in front, grab my order off the shelf, and I’m out. Easy peasy which is exactly what a fast food place is supposed to be.
