Update: great dinner. I ordered the eggplant parmigiana. It came with a great salad. The eggplant was delicious. The dinner grilled garlic chicken was also delicious. My first time here, I ordered the chicken parm sandwich. I was expecting 1 piece of chicken pounded flat and breaded. It was all cut up on the bread with very little cheese. Not impressed.

The muffaletta which y’all I always advertise as fresh made, is proportion sized and fixed days before the food is served. It wasn’t even put in a sandwich press, the tiramisu was frozen I had to wait 15 minutes before I could eat it the tiramisu.
The chicken cardonblue was chicken nuggets cut in half, with out of the rest of the ingredients for this type of sandwich. If I would have known any of this beforehand I would have gone somewhere else for my Birthday lunch.

When we arrived, we were asked how many in our party. There were 4 of us. The person grabbed some menus and not saying a word to us walked away. Apparently, we were supposed to follow. They put us in a booth. One member in our party cannot sit in a booth due to a handicap. We asked if we could have a table instead. The host gathered up our menus and literally slung them down on a table and walked off.

The food was ok. The spaghetti was bland and bitter. I thought it was overpriced for what it was.

I ordered the veal and the meat was very good and very tender.

The service was great, except for the host at the door.

I’m sure we’ll be back. I’d like to try some other items on the menu.

Walked in at 11:00am ordered takeout. Sat at the bar waiting for my order thinking I’ll have something to drink. I was completely ignored. I asked if anyone is tending bar to get served. I overheard the hostess wishing she was retired. And wanting it to be 1:00 . I assume she wanted to go home before she ever got started. Beautiful place but hostess stunts the ambiance. Prices are very high for the place as a whole. This place needs some management leadership.

We enjoy going here on Fridays around lunchtime or later in the evening for dinner. Ask for (Tony), Tony has been there for a while. He will treat you like he’s your best friend and has ole school grace and manners. Their food is wonderful. The service is always first class. If we could give them 10 stars, we surely would. Try the meatballs and spaghetti or the best lasagna in St Tammany Parish. See you soon. Monica & RJ

Excellent service, excellent food, beautiful restaurant! My daughter and I shared the grilled redfish with broccoli and it was the best fish I ever had!! It was delicious! We also ordered onion rings and spinach artichoke dip for appetizers and they were also delicious! The side salads came with olives and it was all awesome! My son had the red beans and rice and my dad had the fried catfish platter, and they enjoyed it! Looks like we found our new fave place for lunch or dinner! 😉

Picked up a to go order for us to eat during the Saints game. All the food was delish as always, especially the lasagna!!! So good!

This is my first time, and we were so tired, that we chose take-out and went back to the Airbnb. That being said, the greeter was friendly, the restaurant atmosphere is very nice, ample parking, and the Muffuletta, soup and potato salad was delicious. You have to get the mushrooms!!! Worth the extra. Before we leave the area, we definitely will return for dine-in.

Had lunch with friends we haven’t seen in ages. We recommend the restaurant to our friends and were very embarrassed.
Girl that was picking up thought we took too long to leave and started throwing items around. It was so abrupt that other staff members came out from the kitchen to look.
We have frequented the restaurant several times and have never experienced such service.
Service Sunday 10-5 around 2:30 to 5:30.
Won’t be back.
