Put in a mobile order for pick up and from the moment I entered to the area where the ordering screen was I was met with the most beautiful person named “Lucy”. She was so sweet and so kind. She confirmed my order and when I came up to the window I did not have to wait and everything was fresh and tasted delicious. Side note: the chicken bacon ranch street tacos are delicious! Just to reiterate, Lucy was so nice and accommodating! Thanks TB for allowing me to have that experience and many thanks to Lucy! That’s what good customer service looks like. 5 stars!

Chalupas was given to us this way. Why would an employee think it was okay to make and serve food to customer like this? Is this how they are training them now? To just use old crusty shells that break when touch it and can’t even pick them up to try to eat them. Just in Chalupa disbelief!

Huge shout-out to Mrs. Cherie at Taco Bell. On a snow day when so many places were closed, they were open, and she went above and beyond to help us. She was so kind, patient, and genuinely caring, and you could tell she wanted to make sure we were taken care of. After dealing with the weather, that level of warmth and service meant so much. Taco Bell is lucky to have have her. ❤️❤️

Man. This Taco Bell on Hull Street in Midlothian is pretty bad.. ordered 5 DLTs, 3 chicken cantina burritos and a large Baja blast. At least I got the Baja blast. Upon looking in the bag I had 2 beef burritos, a chicken taco and 3 bean burritos. What the heck. I talked to the manager. They promised to have the GM reach out. That was weeks ago.. haven’t heard back.

I recently had a terrible experience at this Taco Bell. The manager, a short white man with brown curly hair, was extremely rude and dismissive of customer needs. He clearly didn’t care at all about providing decent service. To make things worse, I overheard him mistreating his employees and speaking to them in a disrespectful way. It was uncomfortable for everyone around, and it completely ruined my visit. I will not be coming back to this location.

I go here at least once a week. Always make my orders right and food tastes great. Staff is respectful and friendly. Place is clean and well stocked with sauces as well.

Please improve the quality of service and screening process for hiring. After a long 14 hour day of work, seeking comfort food. I was rudely greeted with “you need to wait a minute” before I even said hello. From there, the lady came back and said “yeah what do you want” no exaggeration. From there I kindly asked how it was going, asked for my order, thanked them and pulled up to the window. I’ve ordered from this location maybe 2-3 times since the past experience that lead to leave a 1star review. When I pulled up to window, paid, I asked “could I get a few fire and Diablo sauce “ the guy responded “yeah I heard you the first time, I have a headset too” and then slammed the service window.
From there no problem, he’s having a bad day, I’m hungry, let’s all move on. I proceed to get home, take my shoes off and try to enjoy some comfort food only to be greeted with the worst made crunch wrap supreme I have seen in the 10 years I’ve been ordering them. Absolutely unbelievable. The last time I will ever go to this location. Really and completely undeserved rude service, careless food that just looks like disrespect in a wrapper. I love Crunchwrap’s, I love Taco Bell on a bad day. But this, this was just so absurdly disrespectful, disgusting, and no other way to describe except trash garbage. I really hope this location simply closes down because it’s clearly bringing absolutely no body in the neighbourhood happiness.

I had an awesome experience at Taco Bell! I ordered the Burrito Supreme and a Soft Taco both were fresh, tasty, and hit the spot. The restaurant was very clean, and the atmosphere felt welcoming. What really stood out was the staff—they were honestly the best! Super friendly, helpful, and made the whole visit feel great. If you’re craving something quick and satisfying, this Taco Bell location definitely delivers. Highly recommend!
