This is combined with Baskin Robins, and unfortunately they have very limited flavors and half the time the few flavors they are supposed to carry always out of stock. Its disappointing. And service is so slow.

Super disappointed I’ve been to this location several times since it was open and have ordered the $6 dollar meal. I’ve asked for it to be on a croissant and pay extra for sausage. Today I had 4 team members act like I don’t know what I’m talking g about and told me I can’t have that. Even though I have receipts from previous days! The team members had blue TAPE in their ears , were unprofessional and not willing to help me. It was a NO! Super disappointed given this is a new location dependent on a small community in West Marana! I WONT be back and I’ll tell my story to my neighbors. When I called they refused to let me talk to a manager and told me nothing they can do. Clearly customer service and professionalism are not important.

Super cute little location. I went through the drive-thru at around 9:40pm and this poor girl seemed so tired but she was super kind and polite. They had my order out super quickly despite it being late. I’ve heard a few bad things about this location initially, but now that they’ve been open a few weeks, I think it’s worth a visit! Great service from the nice lady working tonight!!

Went to the store the day they opened at 6pm. Took some time for the 3-4 people that were there to help me …seemed that their personal conversation was more important, and considering I was the only person in the store not great start. Then continued to order a blended vanilla bean drink and boy was that thing super watery. The doughnuts were not that great but it was at the end of the day. Over all not a great experience seems like there is no leadership in this store.

this is the worst dunkin’ donuts ever. they could not figure out my order which was just a menu drink no modifications asked for. i never got a recipt for my purchase. will never go back.

As a mom of two small children, typically we go through the drive through. I am SO glad that we were brave and went inside today! We had the best customer service, the employees were so polite and friendly to my children. Our food came out fast and it was very tasty! We even were able to get sample some ice cream flavors from the Baskin Robbin’s side! Thank you Claudia for making this mom’s day with your kindness and compassion! Will absolutely be coming back to this location regularly!
As a bonus the restrooms were clean and well stocked! Thank you Marana Dunkin/Baskin Robbin’s!
