Flavors are there, The Barbacoa has an authentic flavor. Not greasy at all, the Barbacoa is not wet (some places like keeping it wet so it doesn’t dry, but here I didn’t see that problem) you are getting quantity and quality for what you paying for. Very simple dishes but good flavor. This is the first time I see this style of serving were you get everything on the side and you built your tacos, burritos or tortas the way you want and it makes sense. Bread was a bit heavy but I can see why that type of bread is being use, it was not falling apart at all.

Ordered Barbacoa and got more than 80% of the pound was lard. Spoke to the lady and she states she was the boss and that’s how it goes. Was very rude and unprofessional. Place was not worth it at all ,Does not greet the customers or attend them when dining in.

Nice large container of Menudo for their Grande size. (So far we’ve had 2 small bowls at home, and there’s definitely a 3rd one left in there.) Pan (bread) was buttered, griddled, and foiled to stay warm. Very tasty!
Tripe was clean and tender. Hominy was well cooked. Delicious flavor. Would like a bit more fat in my soup to increase richness, but that’s just getting picky.
Would Recommend! Give them a try!

Loved it. My husband and I were raised in Southern California and our standards are very high. We got the Floutas de pollo and 1/2lb barbacoa. It was so good! Super fresh and we enjoyed all of it. I recommend this to anyone. I wish they had rice and beans!

This establishment just recently started making carne asada burritos and tacos. I had the burrito and it was amazing. Today the owner is making me carne asada fries, which they aren’t yet selling, but I will post about it today. Maybe he will start selling those soon.
So I got my carne asada fries yesterday. Even though they weren’t on the menu as of yet. The cost was I think 13.50 before tax, as he was unsure how to price it. Normally he would have added guacamole and cilantro, but being as I don’t like those, I had them removed.
So, coming from someone that is extremely picky ( won’t eat more foods than I will eat) and as having a texture issue, I rate my carne asada fries an A+.

Great barbacoa! Authentic flavors! Had the barbacoa tacos and they did not disappoint. Burgers and fries are great as well. Staff is friendly and it’s a great atmosphere to enjoy your meal.

Stopped by and got a to-go order, got a pound of barbacoa for $20, and a barbacoa quesadilla for $7. They were both incredible deals. Will definitely come by again. The quesadilla in particular is a lot of food for the price, great deal. Everyone working was extremely nice too.

Came in to try it out but before placing the order I had use the restroom… the guy with his ugly face said I had to purchase before I use the bathroom and that was enough for me to just walk out of this place! like that whole plaza including panda next door have bathrooms like are you serious I don’t think that ok
