1 the attitude you get in the drive thru is unreal.
2 the manager in the background saying don’t say anything at all. ( Better not cause that would be embarrassing for that mananger.
3 if y’all wanna be paid 15 a hour learn to make a order correct like your gonna eat it
1 the wrap wasn’t even wrapped right at all. No sauce on it at all
2 no tomatoes was asked on the burger but someone don’t know either how to hear or listen
I wish the owner would actually do something with the place as it’s gone to hell with customer service

Brought my students here after a field trip to Sterling and they handled the 20+ kids easily and quickly. Our cashier was patient and kind even with us being the 2nd bus load they had that day and another one after us!

Typical Wendy’s. The food came out fast and the service was reasonable. The tables and bathroom could have been cleaner but generally not bad.

Every time we come here after work they take 30 minutes to get the food to us through the drive thru after 10pm someone who once worked there has stated that they caught staff smoking inside the building in the back where the door is that they use to take the trash out. Food is decent but the service is horrible this is the 4th time this has happened on different occasions

Staff activity chose to ignore me at the literal entrance where they can see me when the front door was locked during open hours. (not a holiday, checked the sign) Then proceeded to not answer the phone at all. I made a mobile order and already paid. Horrible service.

The food is good. I’ve had to stop eating at north location be cause they forget something EVERY time. I Door dashed so I can’t speak to the atmosphere.

This was the worse experience I have ever had. There fryer was “broken”. So no Fries or chicken nuggs. We ordered 3 things! Two burgers and a wrap. It took 45 minutes and we got a random sleeve of fries. Staff was kind so that why it’s a two star. But goodness. 45 minutes for 3 things is insane. I’m not impressed

At best this is a two star Wendy’s. The food is regularly cold, they are out of regular menu items more often than not, they regularly take 10+ minutes past the time shown that orders should be ready to get online and mobile orders ready, the manager seems to have a chip on her shoulder, and multiple employees have complained of issues due to nepotism in the workplace
