The pizza was 90% bread. Sausage can’t be found, almost no cheese..
This pizza was over $35.
They used to be good and I don’t know what happened. Plenty of good pizzerias around, won’t be back if you want to save your cheese and toppings.

Probably one of the worst pizzas I’ve had in a while. I called and ordered a pizza for delivery. Wanted extra sauce and sausage. Wanted to pay cash but they denied me because of safety reasons. 1st red flag. Pizza came and driver was cool but pizza was warm, light sauce, and hardly any sausage. Won’t be back

I joined the club. I ordered my pizza on Saturday at noon for a curbside pickup at 6:30. I did get the confirmation email. I also got the email to let them know I was there. I got there at 6:25 went to the email and put that I was there. I did receiver reply that will be right out there. I waited 10 minutes and nothing. I went inside for the pickup and delivery, you could tell something was wrong by the way the girl looked. Apparently they never even started my pizza and I paid for it up front. I waited for 40 minutes for two pizzas. Nonetheless I was already pissed. When I got home both pizzas were absolutely awful. I used to like the Lou malanoti downtown, I will never ever ever come back to the one in Oak lawn. Despite the fact the manager gave me a $35 credit for my next visit. You have got to be kidding me. I just threw it away

I always go to the location in Oak Lawn and I always get the best service. They follow instructions and the pizza is always top tier. A couple months ago I made mistake of going to the Giordanos in Beverly. Worst mistake ever! I paid over $50 for a stuffed pizza and ordered extra sausage. The pizza barely had meat and was mostly cheese and bread. I contacted them and complained, they told me to send pictures which I did. They did nothing. That was my last time going there and I’ve been sticking with Lou Malnati every since. They never let me down!

While visiting Chicago, stopped in on a Saturday evening in July. Nice place, open ceilings, keeps the roller mills nostalgia look. Had a large group, staff was hospitable trying to accommodate, but we opted to order out and eat our pies in a nearby hotel lobby. I got a medium Malnati Chicago Classic. The sausage and butter crust blend was amazing. Great first time experience eating a Chicago pie. Will have to do it again. Thanks, Lou’s!

placed an order on the app at 2:30 in the afternoon for a 6:30 PM delivery on Valentine’s Day received my order 40 minutes late even though I ordered it four hours ahead of time ordered two pizzas and a Caesar salad. .Most of the lettuce on the salad was brown and wilted one of the pizza’s was fine and as you can see below in the photos the heart-shaped pizza was completely burned. I called the store sat on hold for quite a while before a worker came on I asked to speak to a manager she asked what was wrong? I told her my pizza was burnt and she’s like burnt like black? I said yes the crust is completely black so she said she would try and get a manager and then put me back on hold sat again for quite awhile Before she came back and told me that the manager was too busy to talk to me and that I would have to call the store back tomorrow. This is totally unacceptable considering I order from here at least once a month and spend a lot of money here. I understand that it was Valentine’s Day but to not even speak with me. I asked if the manager could call me back so the worker told me that they would try well That has not happened. Where is the customer service these days? I will be calling the store back tomorrow very disappointed considering this is my favorite pizza place and I order from here a lot but I am going to have to rethink this and Consider ordering from someplace else.

Wow I’m in a food Coma after eating 2 slices of their delicious, and famous Malnatis classic. The ceaser salad was also amazing and tasty with fresh cheese. The server Amando was friendly and tentive even though he was by himself with a party of 20!! We have a small deep dish for 2 people and a small salad and that was more than enough

you wait 20 + minutes after you check in exactly the time that they said your order will be ready and yet you get this burned, dried hard crust not edible to eat anymore what i waste of time and money after I paid 83.29 all went to garbage. I still like Lou Malnati’s but Definitely no more ordering in this location ( oak lawn).

UPDATE: Manager called me and we had a great discussion. Hope everything gets better!

I ordered in April and was given the wrong pizza and salad. I called to let them know and Caroline (Carolina/Carolyn) the manager took my info and said when I’m ready to get a new pizza and salad to give them a call and my info will be in the office.

I called today (yes I know a long time, but I’ve been working on my health and was ready to celebrate tonight with delicious pizza and a salad and even buy a dessert to support their current fundraiser! But when I called they couldn’t find my name in some book and they said that ALL credits were physically mailed something to me even though they never took my address. But they said because they could not find my info they would give me 20% off my order. Very nice, but 20% is not the same as replacing it as the manager told me they would.

So not very happy with how this was handled.

All this to say IF YOUR ORDER GETS MESSED UP LIKE MINE DID, MAKE SURE TO GO BACK ASAP AND GET IT REPLACED, GET A CREDIT TO YOUR ACCOUNT, OR MAKE SURE THEY HAVE YOUR ADDRESS.
