I would give this Wendy’s negative stars if it was an option.. orders are consistently wrong, service is consistently slow, and employees are consistently rude and lazy. Can’t even get the most simple things right by even putting the correct sauce in the bag. Went back tonight for the first time in 3 months and not only is everything the exact same but it’s actually gotten worse. Whoever the general manager is should be fired!

We stopped to have lunch after we had shopped for a while. The young lady who took our order was very pleasant and professional. It didn’t take long for us to get our food. It was hot and very tasty. The restaurant was probably less than half full but was quiet.

I’m really disappointed with my recent experience at this Wendy’s. The service was incredibly slow, and the customer service was just as bad. I waited an excessive amount of time in the drive-thru only to receive an incomplete order. When I checked the bag and tried to get the missing item corrected, I had to wait even longer just to be acknowledged.
The employee at the window didn’t offer an apology , instead, they slammed the window and told me to pull forward, which meant waiting again. The whole experience was frustrating, disrespectful, and honestly not worth it. I wouldn’t even bring my dog here.

This place, I don’t even know what to say. Always the slowest drive through in Henderson. Just waited 18 minutes in the drive through line and it never moved. Let and went to McDonald’s. I wouldn’t even complain if it was every now and then, but it’s every single time. Why can’t Wendy’s hire people who want to work. These people look like they don’t even want to be there. Done with this Wendy’s. If anyone is thinking about going there , be prepared to wait.

I was going to give a one star review because the staff is very rude and slow. I changed it to four stars because the vegetables on my burger were the freshest I’ve ever had. It was amazing. My french fries were very good too. Inside the restaurant was exceptionally clean, looked brand new. Those good things are worth the trip.

Umm I was supposed to get a bacon DOUBLE cheeseburger??!! But I get 1 and a 1/2 patties, 1 strip of bacon, the thinnest 1 pickle and smallest rubber like 2 little onion ringlets I’ve ever seen…. and where’s the ketchup?? Were y’all short on patties, ketchup, pickles, and onions or something?? To recite the elderly lady, Clara peller that used to do the Wendy’s commercials back in the early 80s, “Where’s the beef???” VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! My fries were cold and as you can see in the pictures the burger was dry as heck with a tiny smear of ketchup, burger was lukewarm bun was cold, the cheese didn’t even attempt to melt.. the meal wasn’t worth the 10 plus dollars I paid for it… The only thing worth a darn that I got out of this meal was the freaking Frosty and that’s probably only because it was already freaking 30° outside ♀️ I have never been more disappointed in any Wendy’s before my life. After working a 12-plus hour shift I was ready for a hot quick meal and the only thing I got out of that was the quick part… You got me once you won’t get me twice… If they happen to attempt to reach out to me to make it right I will gladly post an updated review

The service at this Wendy’s should be studied for how horrible it is and used as an example of what not to do. Have you ever wondered what the opposite of Chick-fil-A customer services is? It’s this place Constantly out of things, constantly rude, constantly slow. Do better.
