To whom it may concern,
I was at the location 30 minutes ago at 8:50 on 01/24/26 to place my order in the drive thru. I won’t even give my experience 1 star. I pull up to the drive thru and there was a car in front of me. After that car pulled forward and I was at the intercom’s to place my order, I waited for 5 minutes before I said hello. After I said hello several time and no response I decided to move forward. I was greeted by the shift manager and I told her I was back there and no one address me. She looked mad and said they didn’t hear anything and that when a car is at the window they can’t hear anything. However, I used to be the manager for a Dunkin’ Donut years ago and I know once a car comes to the intercom they are able to hear the sound through the headset . All I asked, if no one was available to let me know to please wait and she said only two of them were working and that they were busy. I totally understand about being busy but you have to acknowledge the customer and ask them to give you a minute. I asked her if I could place my order here and she said I have to wait cause they are other customers. The other girl by the name of phalande took my order and she told them to hurry up and the manager responded that I could wait.
This is very much unprofessional coming from a manager. The other girl gave me mash potatoes instead of fries and I had to come back around. The manager said I was rude and she was suppose to be the one in-charge but she was not acting like the one in charge. She was the one talking back and being rude while the other girl was not saying anything. I asked whose name was on the receipt and the girl said hers but then the manager when ahead and said you need my name? And I said yes…. She went ahead saying I could complain to corporate because she doesn’t care. KFC is a franchise and the employees represent the company. Her representation of the company is very distasteful. I understand employee works long hours and are sometimes tired but it’s apart of their job to make customers feel welcome to come back beacuse if there is no customers, she wouldn’t have a job. As a business owner I was very disappointed with my experience at this KFC and I will be making sure that I share it with others so that they don’t have to go through the same experience as me. Please go ahead and watch your cameras from 8:50 until 9pm to see how rudely I was treated as a customer

As usual, KFC chicken was good. And as usual…the mashed potatos are not. Watery. Well, not quite watery but have the consistency of gravy. And, bland. We almost always buy KFC chicken and then go over to Popeyes for the mashed potatoes, slaw and other items and biscuits. Once again, no biscuits in our order. 3rd time. Always check your order before leaving.

I ordered online. The app was letting me know whether my order was ready. Unfortunately the app is worthless. It said my order wasn’t ready so instead of going inside to pick it up I went through the drive through window. The fiasco started. The employee was unable to understand my name. She went and looked for my order and came back empty handed. I then just handed her my iPhone with the order. Amazingly she found my order. It was completed, contrary to what the app was saying. She proceeded to get my drink, a straw, some wipes and napkins. Unfortunately she did NOT add the ketchup that was requested in the order.

As it turned out, the ketchup was desperately needed because both the potato wedges and the chicken breast sandwich were salty to the point of being inedible on their own. The ketchup would have helped. My drink was gone in no time as I sucked it down to combat the overly salty food. I finally just stopped eating the food when I no longer had any drink left.

Everytime I go to this location I get pulled up to park and they always mess up my meal I just ordered a chicken little and a 2 piece combo and I ask for wings everytime and they complete ignore my request. Would highly recommend to check ur food before u leave they stay messing up never been to a kfc that messes up this much

Well the person taking our in drive thru was bold face “LIER” we placed our order for an 8 piece regular double mash and a Pepsi we first got the wrong drink asked for on the side hot honey and ranch we were asked to pull up after paying. The gentleman came out then I ask if he gave us the hot honey and ranch dressing he said reassuring yes the hot honey was in a serving cup and the ranch was in the bag. There were no other cars behind us so it was not busy at all. Upon arriving home we took out our order and “NO RANCH DRESSING”
ketchup, hot sauce, and grape jelly packets. It’s not rocket science!! We are very disappointed and will never go there again. I was in the restaurant business for over 40 years so costumer service is key and you also know that I’ll tell 2 friends and the snowball effect will continue to grow.

Twice in a row, same experience, one in the PM another one in the AM, in the drive thru. They asked what I wanted at the call box, only to ask me again at the window. They ask me to pull up, so I am not at the window, presumably because they have timers on how fast they have to get food out. Both times I’ve had to wait 20 plus minutes for food at the parking lot.

They never have anything made. By 8-9pm they practically stop making food. Any time after that they tell you they are out of it or it’s not going to be made the rest of the night.

I just love when when you see employee eating while preparing food. I love it so much she went back for seconds. This employee that you see here she’s real nasty she walked outside the store, walked back up in the store without washing her hands, and proceeded to touch the food. I will not be back..

I have given this place so many chances,but the level of unprofessional behavior not acceptable.One of the girls yelled at my mom .I told her the reason that she hasn’t progressed at her aged is her bad attitude.The customer service is poor because there or no consequences from their leadership.You call corporate and they don’t address the concerns.Stop spending money at places that don’t value the customer.There are better restaurants
