I need to say this. My first time was amazing which made me want to come back. Today 1/10/2026 Hayle and Mason were AMAZING!!! Best service I’ve had in years at a fast food restaurant in years!!!

Absolutely awful experience. The fries were cold, I got the wrong order, and the chicken fingers were tough and dry. The boneless wings were just plain awful. They were rubbery and barely edible. The only thing that was halfway decent was the coleslaw, and that’s saying something. Even the toast was bad. Really disappointed. Won’t be coming back.

I have gave this Zaxby’s chance after chance. Every time we go something is wrong or missing. Ordered a sweet tea multiple times and it’s a 50/50 chance it’ll be sweet. You ask for extra ice, they give none. Ask for extra seasoning, you get little to none. I got a wings & things – tongue torch no sauce, hard as a rock. I really want this place to get it together, it’s always one or two people up front struggling they need help. Long waits at the drive thru. Just please get this location help.

I didn’t hear her when she said she needed a second at the greeting and was confused. after waiting for 5 mins I said “hey, we’re ready whenever you are” finally she told us she was by herself. I saw a review on yelp from 11 days ago that says the same thing, which is ridiculous!!! Hayle F wasn’t entirely friendly, but whatever its fast food— I don’t mind at all and I’ve been there. bf got a 5 tender plate how it comes. I asked for ranch with my zax snack and he wanted one extra Zax sauce. my boyfriend always gets milkshakes ontop of sodas, so he ordered a birthday cake milkshake and she literally said “okay its gonna take me a minute since its handmade”… girl what. also she made it and had us wait at the order till and then told us to pull around? she has no idea how to manage a drive-thru and its obvious from pervious reviews. its raining so after we paid and got our food, we noticed his plate came with double fries (we never asked for that) and also she gave us 3 zax sauces so I sent my bf inside. she said she gave us 3 ranches???? I hate zax sauce and I took this pic bf my bf went in… do u see a ranch? and also she said he ordered extra fries and he can’t have extra fries AND a coleslaw????? shes lucky I stayed in the car because he would not have paid for the ranch and coleslaw. he may be too kind, but I am not. also we noticed when he came back he got 4 tenders not the 5 that we were charged for… I assume since shes running around shes messing up orders on the POS trying to do them from memory. whoever is managing this place is frugal and unkind— purposefully cutting costs and corners. if you’re understaffed you come help your people. if its a consistent problem hire more people. one person managing drive-thru and the front isn’t acceptable at literally 12pm— raining or not. there used to be 3 people running the front at this location. its not Hayle’s fault shes messing up this bad, its down to management. her attitude isn’t even all her fault either bc the people running this place are putting her in a bad position and obviously not teaching her how/helping/allowing her to do her job properly. I’m never coming back this place has been run to the ground in the last two-three years.

Ordered grilled house salad with ranch. Got a blue cheese salad with buffalo sauce. Had to circle around. Waited at window for correct order for 5 min just to be told to pull forward into a parking spot. Then waited there for 10 min while 5 other customers rolled through with their orders. Employee came out with my salad, only for it to still have blue cheese on it. Had to go inside to get correct order myself. Meanwhile I have cold food in the car. Got home and the salad tasted spoiled

I had such a great experience at Zaxby’s! The general manager, Kaila (sorry if I misspelled her name), was absolutely amazing. She had just received a last-minute basketball team order with all individual meals, which I can only imagine was stressful and time-consuming. Despite that, she was incredibly attentive, kind, and professional.
It’s rare to come across someone in her position who handles pressure with such a positive attitude. She truly went above and beyond. The rest of the team working that day — including Aulto (sorry if I misspelled that as well) — were also fantastic.
Amazing service all around. You can tell the GM really cares about this team! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We are here on vacation and went to this Zaxby’s for lunch today and I’ve got to say that the manager and her entire staff were so amazing. The food was hot and fresh. Best chicken tenders I’ve had in a very long time. My favorite though was the fresh iced tea and Choco cookies. OMG delicious!

Placed a mobile order pulled up waited just a few minutes and had our food out to us hot. We got the wings n things which comes with fries, wings 6 I believe and 3 tenders and toast. A Cobb salad which was amazing really hit the spot missed my toast but no worries i stole my husbands . Chicken sandwich and fries. As well as the loaded fries. Everyone ate all their food in my family that is a win also got a birthday cake milkshake. I was told it was a 10 outta 10. Great customer service. Hot delicious food who could ask for more. Keep up the great work yall!!

Ordered food total was 27.87 handed cash and was told they don’t have change. The change due back would have been 22.13. It’s Christmas shopping time and places should be equipped to give change back I would have taken two tens it didn’t have to be a twenty. Or have a sign up so people don’t waste their time waiting to be told no.
