If I can put zero stars I would.
We used to love their pizza, but I’ll say what happened with me when I placed an order:
1st time: it was my daughter’s birthday last year, and I ordered 2 pizzas and they came completely burnt.
2nd time: it was my other daughter’s birthday. I placed an order with doordash to be ready by 2:30, the driver contacted me saying that the pizzas were not ready and he had to wait until 3:30 to pick up the order, which eventually I received at 3:45 pm, leaving my guests starving, and one of the pizzas was burnt.
3rd time: we were at Clackamas mall and made an order, the said it will be ready in 20 minutes, we came after half an hour and it wasn’t ready, and they forgot to make it, we had to wait another 20 minutes, and the pizza was burnt again.
4th time, it was my daughter’s sweet 16th birthday this year and I made an order at 5:00 pm asking the pizza to be ready at 6:00. I came at six and they forgot to make the pizza again, and we waited until 6:30 pm and the pizza was burnt again.
No more chances for Sbarro pizza from our family, we will never order again.

This is my favorite pizza spot! The pizza is super tasty, the crust is amazing, and the slices are big and really filling. The only thing I’d love to see improved is the area by the register and napkins

Going here after church on Sundays with my mom and sister is the best idea ever for lunch, The pepperoni pizza that I purchased here was the best. The drinks were good and the workers were friendly to me. The problem is is that if I wanted to get a refill again they told me it would not be free but other then that great vibe and food. Bought pizza here for the first time. I’m not a vegetarian, but this time I wanted to buy without meat products, only vegetables, they didn’t have it. I bought a pizza and a bun with spinach, but for some reason it turned out to be greasy. Pizza is also not very, simple taste. sorry it is.

This pizza place is nostalgic for me as it reminds me of when my dad used to take us to the mall to walk around and grab lunch. Sbarro was the only place I’d ever like to order from.
The food is a 4/5 at best, but this last time around this place earned a 5/5 due to their service. They were quick and professional, but they went above and beyond by replacing my kids slice after he dropped it on the floor. They had no obligation to do so, and frankly I did not expect it, but my wife asked and they were happy to do so.

the food was actually disgusting, i’ve never written a review in my life but i need to get it out there. the 4 cheese pizza tasted like burnt toast with burnt cheese on top, the pepperoni my boyfriend got tasted the same but with more grease, and the spinach and cheese Stromboli was so very burnt we had to get a different flavor, and even that was mediocre at best.

I love to eat here every time I visit the mall. Never had a terrible experience till now. Food was still good. But, no one is wearing gloves. Touching everything with their bare hands. Watched an employee shaping dough with bare hands. Putting bare hands in cheese. Saw another one handling cash and then touching food. They have a hand washing sink but no one was using it. Will not eat there again unless they are gloved up.

Going to have to confirm the rudeness of employees. They did not have a slice of pizza that I liked. So was willing to buy an entire pizza and wait for it. Individual who took my order noticeably sighed and rolled his eyes.
Maybe he’s just having a bad day. But you should have kept the reaction to yourself. I’m sorry I wanted to spend money with your establishment.
