This location has always been my go-to spot for late-night cravings and I genuinely enjoy chatting with the employees while I wait for my order. They’ve always been friendly, hardworking, and make the experience even better!
However, what I heard tonight through the drive-thru really broke my heart. I overheard a manager speaking to employees in a completely disrespectful manner going as far as to call someone “retarded.” That kind of language is unacceptable in any workplace, especially from someone in a leadership position!
These employees show up and do their jobs, and they deserve to be treated with basic human decency. I truly hope upper management or someone at a higher level sees this review and takes action to ensure better treatment for the staff.

Ordered #11 5 pc tenders (drive thru) the kid had a hard time giving me ranch with my tenders.., with tots and 1 onion ring and drink… 1 ONION RING and tons of tots.. I don’t know what the cup of sauce and gravy was for but that was awful..

Utterly disappointed. Appreciated the food being hot but had to spend 20min in drive thru repeating order because the person who took the order had it incorrectly. Spent over 40 bucks on fast food which I have no issue with. The issue is the food presentation was HORRIBLE. My #2 burger no onions poorly put together and the entire burger looked as if tomatoes pickles and all were put in the steamer or microwave to reheat. My daughter #10 crispy chicken sandwich was far from crispy and the fries were old. I appreciate staff trying to take the time to correct the order but this location has definitely lost a customer.
No straws or spoon for our drinks and as I was waiting in the drive thru I had the pleasure of observing staff making drinks. I would not recommend any purchase any drinks that have lemon, limes or cherries. The staff use their bare hands and touch MULTIPLE surfaces from other drink cups, monitors to check off the orders and cash handling etc. With what we are experiencing with the pandemic I would imagine there would be 1 designated person handling drinks and not EVERYONE who has to mult task.

What has happened to good reliable Sonic???? Its dry. Too salty, just not at all good anymore. The speakers dont work you can’t understand me. I about chocked on my dry burger. Come on get it togeather , or you are going to loose customers. BE out business.

Here I sit at the Welborn Rd. Sonic Drive-In steaming mad! My son returned from a Sonic run with three cups of basically vanilla ice cream that they claimed to be Blast mix-ins. I drove back to the store to get it straight with the manager. He assured me there were plenty of mixins in there so I asked him to show me. That’s him showing me in the picture – take a look and you be the judge.
Then he gave me another set of exactly the same thing and explained that’s how they make them. Again, look at the ad and you be the judge. So now I have eaten them I can assure you their recipe includes very little Reese’s cup or Oreo in there.
I write this to encourage you to not stand for being ripped off. As much as these treats cost remember you have a right to get your money’s worth so please complain if they treat you like they did me. Sadly, the store really does not care but I do and I will not be doing business there in the future.

After spending all day shopping in town I was craving a chilli cheese tator tot. Ordered a medium and when I got my order I was shocked to see that I got a total of 9 tots with a little chilli and almost no cheese. I asked for them to fix my order and they came out with an actual medium. There was a clear difference in size the second time around

Service was great but the food was disappointing. I ordered a bacon breakfast burrito and there was very little egg, 1 strip of bacon, and a small dollop of cheese. This is the only thing I consistently order at sonic and this is by far the worse one. I feel the cook just scraped was was left from other orders and put them on a tortilla

Very disappointed. Order completely wrong. Not to mention the fries tasted and looked like they had been sitting there all day. Gave all Dr Pepper drinks. NOT what we ordered, or what was repeated back to me at the speaker. Chicken strips burnt and looked to be soaked with oil. Burgers made wrong. This place just continues to disappoint and I don’t know why I think it will ever be any different.

Only good sonic in town. Every other place either doesn’t make the food correctly or just scams you with the incorrect product you didn’t pay for. Example, they have a special burger, but when ordered they give you a regular burger but with the special sauce and try to pawn off the cheaper food as the more expensive premium burger that was ordered. Watch out for that one. I wouldn’t have known either as it was my first time getting one and luckily my brother has had a few and was able to recognize that it was clearly not the special burger. Just stick to this location and yall should be good.
