I placed a mobile order and requested for my sandwiches to be “extra extra toasted” in the instructions, but it’s extremely cold. The cheese is not even melted I’m doubting if it was even toasted. I called 3 times the first time it rang all the way through and then the line was disconnected.

Service this afternoon was extremely slow. I was the fourth person in line and waited in line for about 15 minutes. The people preparing the food were slow. The gentleman preparing my food didn’t know what he was doing even though I ordered a Turkey avocado wrap with zero changes to it, as is! But he kept asking me what I want in it.
What’s worse, is the turkey avocado wrap combo, bag of chips and a drink costed more than $17.
100% not worth it.

The guy working the night shifts was so great! Wonderful customer service! He made sure my order was exact, kept up the conversation, and was overall and amazing worker! Came in for food after work and it was such a nice break from dealing with rude clientele all day! Subway is just a classic for go-to food, so I’ll definitely be back!

I came to eat here with my parents and we ordered two footlongs everytime I get one they are nicely made everywhere else but this lady didnt even take her time to make she just threw everything we for on there that is how my subway looked very upsetting

The experience was meh. The guy working was literally going through the motions and hard to hear due to how low they were speaking. At least the veggies looked ice cold to preserve.

I decided to catch a sandwich after my 12am shift at work and was really disappointed. The bread was a bit tough and my chips taste stale. I was bit nervous to come to this location because of its star rating but it’s the only one near me that was open late. I hope this store ups their quality but until then, I’ll continue to go to Jersey Mike’s.
