If you are looking to get a healthy food option, for a good price, DO NOT GO TO WENDYS. The salads are half their size at this location and my combo was worth $14! The taste is exactly the same as it has always been but they are giving you a half serving. There is truly no better way to lose weight than to be robbed of half of your salad. Can’t wait for the Zaxby’s to open up so that I can get the original salad size that Wendy’s had offered.

I got a six piece, chicken nugget and a cheddar baked potato. The bag was really light and that should’ve been my first clue to check it. The chicken nuggets were barely Warm. The baked potato looks like it has been left over from lunch and I am adding a photo never gotten bad food at this Wendy’s. I’m extremely disappointed and what a waste of my money!!

Every time I go into Wendy’s especially this particular Wendy’s, I always have an enjoyable experience at this particular Wendy’s the manager that I have come to have experience with is always open and welcoming and seems to be treating all of her co-workers with respect, especially while training them. I will often go out of my way to go to this particular Wendy’s. If you have a Wendy’s like that, I would suggest that you post about your experience to let everybody know that fast food does not always have to mean a rushed unmeaningful dining experience!

I arrived at the Wendy’s around 10:20pm. I parked my car and went inside. As I walked up to the counter, one of the employees looked at me and said, “How did you get in here?” in an accusatory tone. I said, “The door was unlocked.” He said, “It shouldn’t be. We locked it.” I said, “Well it was.” He then told me that the lobby was closed, and I needed to go through the drive through. I then felt the need to say, “I didn’t break in. The door was unlocked.” Did any of the 4-5 employees hear the door being “manhandled”? Did they hear glass breaking? NO. THE FREAKING DOOR WAS UNLOCKED. How hard would it have been to simply say, “Oh! Hi! Sorry, our lobby is closed, could you please go through the drive thru?” I mean, seriously? He was incredibly rude, and made me feel like *I* was the one at fault. How is it my fault that YOU didn’t lock the door? If this is how “you” want customers to feel, then I don’t need to go there. And, no, no one else said a word to me. All remained silent.

This review is not for Wendy’s it’s for an employee named Spencer. The kindest and most helpful young man that I’ve seen at a fast food restaurant in a very long time. They were very busy but he made sure to be thorough with his service and made sure we were served very well. The food was okay but the service was next level.

Overall, the ordering experience and staff were very nice, quick, and accurate. However, whoever franchised this restaurant obviously could care less about the building or the quality of the work environment. The building was hotter than it was outside, leaving the dining experience to be uncomfortable. Flies filled the air as we ate, due to the temperature being hot enough to foster them. This temperature is clearly not OSHA compliant either, as OSHA clearly states safety standards.

Despite this, the staff could not be friendlier and all of our food was hot and fresh. I truly hope whoever owns this franchise gets hit with a large fine, pays their employees compensation for the unsafe work environment, and gives them all paid time off until the building is fit to work in.

Picked up for DD and waited 20 minutes on the food to be ready.
Went back to get frosties for my kids and the 2 chocolate frosties we ordered were completely liquid/melted straight away.

This was my first visit to Wendy’s at this location and it was very good. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and fries through the mobile app and picked up in the drive thru. I did have to wait in a parking spot for the food to cook, which is unusual. It was fresh when I got it though, so I can’t complain. Overall a good visit.
