Had to stop at old faithful for a good coffee! They were busy and appeared short staffed but the staff was amazing and nice and super optimistic and friendly! It made the experience great! Will be back again for sure just because of them!

i got an iced cookie butter latte and unfortunately saw what i thought was a bug but others told me it looked like a BOOGER with hair on it, in my drink. i got my refund and the workers were barely even apologetic and could not care less. absolutely disgusting. i don’t even understand how this could even happen. it was INSIDE my cup. awful experience. this store needs to do better with cleanliness. i wish i could upload pictures to show how disgusting it was.

The lady’s at this Dunkin immediately made me feel welcome. I didn’t know what “coffee milk” was so mid explanation, the manager (I think) poured me a shot to try. All the staff seemed to enjoy working together and be real humans (unlike the zombies you can sometimes run into that hate their job). I felt like I had been welcomed into my best friend house, made to sit down and forget my worries over a cup of perfectly made coffee!

This has to be the worst Dunkin’ in America. Half their menu is perpetually unavailable and they will consistently char your sandwich. Every. Single. Time. Even with gas prices this high, it’s worth going one or two more exits down to the Dunkin’ on Garden or Hwy 50 in Titusville. What a joke.

This location used to be my favorite. The last few orders have been awful. There was no flavor in my last two drinks and today they didnt even fill up my medium drink. Pure laziness. They are also incredibly rude. The good employees must have quit.

very nice young lady helped me at the front and was great, but it was horribly hot in the store! in the middle of florida in a heat advisory, not to mention! i thought if i was hot, i couldnt imagine the workers! i felt so bad for them. i asked someone about it and they said it was over 80 degrees in the kitchen and weren’t sure why it wasn’t getting fixed. shameful! these employees deserve fair work conditions. not to mention the customers sweating inside too!

This is Dunkin Donuts is the worst!!!! If you are people of Color do not stop!!! The manager and the staff had black people waiting for more than 10 mins to please an order but when they left he immediately served a white lady! I just walked out that’s crazy!
