If I could put 0 stars, I would. Called to place an order and repeat 3 times to confirm the order. The lady told us to drive up so they can prepare the order. We drive and it was a 40 minute wait. They gave us the wrong drink order and forgot the rice and beans from the botana .

Beware! Horrible wait time. Even if there is practically nobody sitting or cars waiting, it is an insane wait time. I ordered ahead of time and was told it would be 15 min, showed up around 15 min and waited a whole hour. Apparently their response was they made a mistake on my order??? But did not tell me, just had me waiting. I brought it up to the ladies taking the orders, asking for better communication with their customers and they stood there with a dumbfounded look on their faces. Ended up leaving with only half my order. Honestly, decided today, food was not worth the wait and was not worth the very poor customer service.

Foos is decent good. They are horrible on how long they take. Even when I call in the order with plenty of time, when we have arrived, they ALWAYS, take forever. Very long. No worth the wait if you don’t have all the time in the world to wait. Probably be our last time we order from here until they do better. We know alot of families who stopped ordering from here for the same reason.
