The Milk Tea with Oreo & Cream Cheese was a standout drink for me (I ordered medium ice and standard sweetness). The addition of Oreo brought an awesome crunch, while the cream cheese added a smooth creaminess. The boba was notably soft and flavorful, making the drink fantastic.
Their Special Combo banh mi was also great! The bread was excellently prepared, finding that sweet spot between too soft and too crispy. The meat-to-veggies ratio was spot on, making every bite perfect. The meat itself was delicious, making it the best bánh mì I’ve had in a long while.
My co-worker, who chose the BBQ Pork, echoed my sentiments, praising his choice as well.
The cafe itself boasts a clean, modern interior with beautiful flowers on each table, creating a pleasant atmosphere.
The menu is straightforward, offering a solid selection without overwhelming with too many options.
What truly made the experience stand out was the service. The staff, presumably the owners, were incredibly friendly, preparing food and drinks to order.
While downtown parking is a bit of a challenge, the cafe’s prime location on the 4th Street strip is worth the minor inconvenience of parking further away.
Given its excellent offerings and nice environment, I anticipate Bliss Sandwich & Boba Cafe will become a hotspot. I recommend visiting soon to enjoy before the secret’s out.
I just loved this place. It opened two weeks ago, still has sign saying soft opening.
My coworkers and I have been wanting to try this place. And we finally had a chance to go to this place. Their boba tea is best in Santa Rosa, period. Boba Guys who?
We ordered two sandwiches and two boba drinks for our lunch. Sandwiches has crunchy/crispy breads, I had chicken sandwich which was perfect, mixed with veggies. My coworker had pork sandwiche and he also enjoyed that. Boba tea was just mind blowing, it almost felt like came out of Boba Guys lol. My co-worker also said this is one of the best boba he had for a long time.
Ps; they have limited promotions going on: buy two sandwiches and get third one free if you buy together. Same as sandwiches, buy two drinks and get third one for free.
The place is small, clean and cool interior design. Interior walls have some graphics features and acoustic panels. Chairs are pretty too lol.
Staff are super friendly and give you a smile . Owner/chef came out and asked to customers how is everything testing. Great customer service!
Definitely, a great place has been added in Downtown Santa Rosa.

I’ll give this place another chance and I might alter my review.
However, just to confirm, I called a day before the event only to receive a totally different answer: ‘You need to let us know days in advance.’ When I asked what I should do, they simply hung up on me. I tried to call several times after that; they would answer, but as soon as I said hello, they would hang up again. It is so disappointing—the whole office was excited to try this cafe, but we were left with a very sour taste in our mouths
The combo was stuffed with different meats, veggies, and pork floss and was super flavorful! Bread was soft and lightly crispy, did not scratch the roof of my mouth lol. They didn’t have the cold cuts or paté if you like those toppings, but the sandwich didn’t feel like it was lacking any flavor.
The veggie bánh mì had tofu skin, mushrooms, and typical veggies and it was amazing! Was also extremely flavorful and filling.
The milk tea had a nice tea flavor, and sweetness level was 50% but still pretty sweet. They had a good selection of different flavors (tiramisu and creme brulee!) I would come back to try.
The decor was really cute and the owners/workers were really nice and sweet 🙂
