The food’s always great. I love the service and the atmosphere. It’s just sometimes they forget the extra fries or one of my burgers. I don’t get upset about it though. Because I know that it can get really busy and that sometimes they just forget food and I have other foods so it’s okay

We had two orders . One from mobile app and one from window.On 1st order they could not tell us which drink was a Dr pepper.. why because the machine makes it..
On the 2nd order whick was done on intercom. We clearly ordered a lg sweet tea.. . After reminding them of the LG tea . We was handed a medium.. we told the teenage boy at the window it was a lg. The teenage boy stated ” it’s says on my screen medium.. ” we say ” I’m sorry we ordered a lg. Teenager says ” well I don’t know what to tell you and closes the wind in our faces ..
YOU DO NOT ARGUE AT THE WINDOW WITH A CUSTOMER. YOU POLITELY ASK THEM TO PULL FORWARD and get a management.. DO NOT BE RUDE..

while the staff here were very nice, I do have to say that I waited a very long time on a very simple order. I believe this is due to understaffing, possibly. Very nice staff, very fresh food, just really slow service.

We ordered 2 egg muffins and paid in cash. Once we were in the pick-up window, our order was handed to us. My husband checked as he always do. To his surprise, there was 1 sausage biscuit instead of muffin. So he called the attention of the crew Who was then busy preparing for customer orders. So he handed 1 pc of egg muffin instead of 2. My husband called the attention again of the crew and he said the we paid for 2 egg muffins not 1. He said the other crew has to prepare yet the 2nd egg muffin. We were requested to park and wait . The crew did not take back the sausage biscuit . We ended having 2 freshly prepared muffins and sausage buiscuit (without sausage in it, it has egg only.
There was no information that we have to wait for the 2nd pic of egg muffins.
Though there were some miscommunications non the part of the McDonald crew, The crew on the pick up order window have recovered from that mistake because we checked the order before we left.
This still a 2 star service.

Came in the A.M. Its a very small McDonald’s so i didn’t understand why it was so dirty inside. There isn’t much area to sweep or table to wipe down. Was told order on kiosk as if I work for McDonalds. Soda fountain was out of drinks but the food was good and warm.

I’m not a fan of McDonald’s, starting about 20 years ago their Burgers started giving me indigestion but my family likes to go. This one was nice and clean and my wife and kids enjoyed what they ordered. I snuck a fry or two and they were good.

I’m a local and have been coming here but I don’t know why but they don’t ever have anything ready, always mess up, and seem too always have issues I’m definitely not trying to be that person but it’s a shame that this always happens and it seems to be happening to a lot of people
