Honestly, all of the fast food places in West Ashley are complete trash as far as service goes. This is no different. They got my order wrong and they didn’t put in a single sauce that I asked for. Place was clean. Food was very good and well made. Staff was awesome. Guy at front counter was super nice and helpful. Guy taking a break outside smiled and said hello while I was seated. The lady bagging orders sat down as I left to ring the bell and she was super happy and excited. Great day with this staff. Oh did I mention I had issues placing my order on the app to take advantage of the $3 off 10 promo and the guy up front was able to help me with the promo so I could place my online order or he would take it. My only qualm is that my online order ended up cheaper than placing order in store with the promo discount.

Attention Arby’s. Before you tell delivery drivers to verify orders you need to make sure that the orders are correct because it is your fault the food is an expedited properly. That’s where you have a majority of customers leaving you bad reviews.

Was there a month ago and after reading reviews I now know why the experience is what it is. Food was ok and we ate in. The sauces were all empty except catsup. Ask the people why and they could not be bothered. She gave us packets instead. Avoiusly the owner of this location is absent. Shame on the owner not the employees.
