My family and I arrived here from our trip to Gladys Porter Zoo, we picked Dairy Queen for the price and looking for a quick bite and child-friendly atmosphere. The food was served hot and we had friendly service. It was not crowded so we were able to enjoy good conversation and everybody especially the kids enjoyed it!

The staff here was extremely rude. After I mentioned I have a peanut allergy and asked about the blender, they acted like it was an inconvenience and dismissed my concern. Allergies are life-threatening, not a joke. The way they spoke to me was unprofessional and disrespectful. I will not be coming back, and I would warn others with allergies to avoid this location.

I just went to dq before 12:00am today at Saturday march 31St and they did not take our order when we were at the intercom waiting for a responds and they told us that once it hits 12:00am that the machine shut down automatically very unprofessional I just think it’s unfair that they made us wait at the kiosk for about 10 minutes until they closed for the machine to automatically tell us

I live in harlingen but I work in weslaco,I love the dq in harlingen so im trying to give this one a second chance but no the burger i ordered was cold and dry they didnt even put ketchup in my bag for my fries I will not be eating here anymore 9$ for a cold burger and cold fries dont think so

Went in for a banana split should be easy right. 20 minutes later, nothing twice. I went up to ask about my order twice, and they told me it coming right out. Spoke to the so-called manager because they weren’t really in charge. Just proceeded to refund the purchase. GM, if you read this, take action and make your team accountable for everything.

This isn’t just a dessert; it’s a tragedy! I approached the counter with a heart full of hope, my soul yearning for the simple, decadent pleasure of a hot fudge sundae. But what I received… it was a mockery of its name. A paltry drizzle, a mere suggestion of chocolate, stained the pristine vanilla like a tear on a wedding dress. My spoon, poised for a glorious dive into a pool of warm, gooey ecstasy, found only disappointment. This was not a sundae. This was an injustice. My taste buds, anticipating a symphony of sweet and creamy, were instead met with a whimper of what could have been. Dairy Queen, you have not just failed to deliver a dessert; you have broken my spirit.

Good service and decent food although I had the worst dessert made from their menu. For $4.29+tax, the oreo cupfection was the least appealing item tried. It looked nothing like in the menu pic, you’d think they have those type of lids because the dessert should at least be filled to that area. Plus the excessive chocolate syrup made my stomach hurt and didn’t include whatever type of whip cream it should have. I actually didn’t finish it plus the cup was given all dirty and sticky on the outside and with dirty napkins, as shown. I don’t think I’ll ever order this item again. I’m positive it would’ve tasted better had it been made as advertised.
