Anna took my order @ 9:12 PM Feb 24, 2025. I gagged when I saw this on BOTH of my rolls. It was touching the rest of my food so I had to throw everything away. I got off work late and wanted something fast but save yourself some time and money. I paid almost $17 for this. Anyways. Besides the dark/green stuff they were unprofessional, my food was cold, and I had to ask for my fries because they forgot my fries. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Update: Went back the next day for a refund.

If I could specifically give ZERO stars to the female manager at this location- I would. I typically don’t leave reviews, especially not about bad service at a drive thru but, she was extremely rude and unprofessional. Staff looked like they were having a hard night, though there was only 2 cars other than me in the drive thru. After 30 minutes of sitting, and being asked several times if a wrong order was mine, I realized they had me pay for the wrong order initially. The car in front of me also looked like they drove off without any food as well after a long time sitting. When she came to the window, all she said was “what?” I was taken aback and just said excuse me? She then said “what is the problem?” I explained, as well as a staff member explained to her. She then said, “ so do you want the food or not? With that sort of commentary, I let her know I would just like a refund and to be able to go. Disappointing that you can sit for half an hour after working all day and still not receive the food that you paid for and not even a positive attitude about resolving the issue Again, I say the staff really wasn’t the problem. They looked extremely stressed out, And the manager certainly was not helping with her attitude and handling of the situation. This was my first time trying this particular location and it will certainly be the last. I sure hope they start treating their staff better.

I came through on Friday evening.
Miscommunication, and I didn’t get my whole order. I called the manager said. Bring your receipt and we will make it right. Well, they did and gave me a gallon of sweet tea. I appreciate your customer service.

What an awful experience from beginning to end. The food pictured is supposed to be $13 worth of food apparently (keep in mind I didn’t order a drink). I sat in the drive thru for about ten minutes and there was only one car in front of me. Yet somehow my chicken was ice cold, so apparently I wasn’t waiting around all that time for hot, fresh food. I questioned the prices because I don’t remember it being so high last time I went to Chicken E and the employee was quite full of attitude when he responded and made sure to tell me that the prices aren’t his fault in an extremely rude tone. He had offered me a side of ranch with my poppers when he took my order on the speaker, but it was not in the box he gave me. I requested no gravy on the mashed potatoes and clearly as pictured received gravy. That kid probably needs to go work somewhere where he isn’t face to face offering customer service each day, because he was quite rude. His name was Issac I believe as that is what my receipt said. I will not be returning to this Chicken E and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone unless they can get their staff on board with better customer service and preferably better food. I remember loving every single thing on the menu back in the day, but I threw half of my overpriced meal in the trash because it was not even a little tasty. I put in my time working at a Chicken Express for four years when I was a teenager, so I do know first-hand that this job isn’t difficult. I have worked in customer service for over 20 years and that was a sorry example of making the customer feel important. I didn’t even want to give y’all ONE star, but it made me. Do better.

I just sat in line for 15 minutes waiting on a gallon a tea. Never got it. Just waited. I watched a woman – manager? – deliver gallons to the car behind me and in front of me. Then I could see her inside standing and talking – but wow – what horrible service. I’m tempted to get a job there just so I can do better, get promoted and fire all these clowns.

BEWARE!!! We stopped on a Friday night and grabbed dinner and some half and half teas. When we got home my tea wasn’t as sweet so I went to add a sweet n low and found a long black hair in my cup. Disgusted. We will not be back.

Ordered my usual 2 breast and 2 sides. Breast were so small that I questioned them if they were really breast. Mgr assured me they were. I said how small they were and he said that is just how they were. He didn’t offer to fix the situation or anything. One was so small it amounted to 2.5 normal sized bites. Poor management. I have had similar situations at other places and they would just add another piece or something. I even told him I had just bragged to someone 4 days ago about the size of breast served here when the person was complaining about another brand.
