Drove here for a late night snack after work. Thankfully the drive-thru was opened until 2am. I ordered 12 Krystal sliders for around $21 which included the tax. Service was excellent despite the lateness of the shift. As for the sliders, they were small, but packed with flavor. Overall a good experience.

I love Krystal and eat there fairly regularly. But, I’m taking a break until they decide to start giving you what you pay for. I ordered a medium order of fries and my photo would imply they gave me a small order that was only half full. I already pay the increased prices (not their fault), but don’t add shrinkflation to the mix and cut the portion as well. The next time I visited I ordered a large fry. It was nearly $3 and they still only filled the box half way. I’ve encountered a couple of really nice staff there, but I have also experienced some rude staff that would imply that you are inconveniencing them and I wouldn’t dare tell them to fill up my fries. It just easier and less trouble to spend my money somewhere else.
*Update 5/9/22: I decided to go back and the service was improved and the portion was much improved. Thanks to the owner for stepping in and improving the situation.

2nd visit in a week! Best Customer Service they are fast. The food is always hot and fresh. It has not been in disappointment at all this staff everybody that upcoming contact you in need to visit have been such a pleasure and always wearing a smile. They’re always happy they’re always cheerful. Ryan is awesome. He’s very polite. He’s got great manners. He always serves you with a smile and I just absolutely love this crystals. If you have not been there, you must go. You’re missing out.

The manager at this location is extremely rude and needs to be fired. I had to turn around and drive 5 miles back to this Krystal because she told them to make my order incorrect on purpose because I asked for extra chili which I also paid for. I ordered chili cheese pups and got chili pups instead. When I came into the store to my order redone, she coped an attitude with me like I ordered it wrong then I showed her the receipt and she snatched it out of my hand and threw it in the trash and would not give me the receipt back. I had to ask another associate to get the receipt out of the trash and let me take a picture of it. That there already ticked me off very bad but then when I saw the way she treated her kitchen stuff and how she yelled and talked to them made me literally want to scream at her. This lady either needs to take a step down or be fired. This is not a location that I would go back to unless I know that she was not there anymore and I will be telling corporate about this Behavior as well. I feel so sorry for people that actually have to work with her because this woman is toxic and needs to go to anger management classes.

A really good location with easy parking. Limited seating due to the virus panic. Very helpful and friendly staff. Super clean and nicely lighted interior Comfortable seating. Recommend.
