Worst service I have ever experienced in my life. From the moment we walked in, the staff (Nancy H)was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. They charged a $6 gratuity for just 3 customers, which itself is ridiculous — and on top of that, the service was absolutely horrible.
We had to ask multiple times for a single simple request, and even after repeating ourselves again and again, the server still didn’t bring it. Instead of apologizing or doing her job properly, she acted annoyed, walked around with an angry face, and treated us like we were a burden.
There was zero courtesy, zero accountability, and zero respect for customers. Paying extra gratuity for this kind of attitude feels like an insult. If you’re charging mandatory tips, at least provide basic service — which this place clearly cannot.
This was a completely unpleasant, frustrating, and unacceptable experience from start to finish. I will never return, and I strongly advise others to think twice before coming here. Hands down the worst service, worst attitude, and worst dining experience I’ve ever had.

It will be a long time before I go back to this place. I took my family here for a meal and they seated us in the bar area… then after sitting there for a few minutes my wife and I realized that one of the 3 tv screens was playing something awfully gory that was showing blood shed, stabbing, shooting, murder and much.. more. That should be disturbing enough for a grown adult let alone my 10,6, and 3 year old boys. So I kindly asked if it was possible for them to change the channel for my children’s sake and they refused. This place has a low level of moral consciousness. Then we wonder wonder wonder why this world is full of murder and pain. It’s simply because of a godless society that sit in front of this horrendous murder type movies. Sooner or later they try it in real life and then we cry cry cry. Maybe some preventive action would be ridding our lives from this kind of filth would rid us of mass shooting. Guns are not the problem… Hollywood has taught our children to murder !

We have waited half an hour, no food and got drinks after what felt like a long time of waiting. The chandeliers are low enough to hit your head on. The mozzarella sticks weren’t warm (even though they were $10) and were the second worst mozzarella sticks I’ve had. The coconut shrimp sauce doesn’t look like normal coconut shrimp sauce and tastes like garlic. We haven’t finished our food at all. The number 19 was drenched in sour cream and the steak was a bit over cooked even for a standard well done restaurant steak that’s either not seasoned or only has salt and pepper. The rice wasn’t to boast about, and the refried beans taste a bit salty for some reason. We at least got fast refills for drinks after we had to wait a long time for food.

Our first time here. The atmosphere was very nice and surprise there was Mexican music playing in the background. Ha! Prices were very reasonable. It’s hard to stand out at a Mexican restaurant because a lot of them are pretty much all the same but this one had some different dishes and the food was very tasty. they were very Covid-friendly too.

Atmosphere is same as the usual resturants. The waitress was rude and impatient even though it was not busy (only one other table with 2 people) and the food was eh. I have eaten at other Casa Grande’s and have always had a positive experience. Not at this location and would not go back.

Hardly anyone there when we arrived. Slow to seat, slow to even get water let alone take our order. Even slower to get food. Food arrived cold. Waitresses seemed very scattered. Will not go there again.

Angel is a great server. He always remembers what we are going to order. He is so friendly greats you with a smile. He always comes back to see if the food is good. I gave 4 starts to service because of Angel.

But the most frustrating thing was watching all the tables that came in 45 minutes after us keep getting there food and leaving and for us not even a glance from the server no refills nothing will never come here again

I don’t know if this place has switched hands but the people are not very friendly and don’t come back and ask if you want any more drinks or is everything all right. Got it to go order no salsa no silverware nothing

When we walked in I saw a sign saying they now have Horchata. The hostess greeted us saying that if we thought we could eat and get out of the bar by 6:15/6:30 we could come in. So we agreed (it was 5:20.)
They brought chips & salsa right away, but no water. The chips were tasty, but it was 15 minutes before anyone came to take a beverage order. To which I was told – they don’t have Horchata…. Then we waited another 5+ to receive waters … So much for hurrying us out of the restaurant.
The food came about 15 minutes later. It was okay, not bad, but nothing special. My Texas Fajitas had 3 shrimps on the entire platter. They were good – but 3? Pretty skimpy for the price.
Everyone else thought the food was okay. Again nothing special – but not bad. Maybe it was an off night.
