Customer service was good food was okay the fried wasn’t hot when I got him so I had to take them back and get some fresh ones but once he gave them to me out of the press they were very very right that we’re good. I ordered the new the French fry box and the taco box so the $5 box which is very very good nacho french fries are very good you got to try it. The management upgraded need my stuff itself which was good they didn’t complain they just took him back and fix me some french fries. Just know if the frog name right for a lot of people the rest of the meal and write to you so always give them fresh food because they might be the one who give you the rest review. Also I just wanted one of my tacos to be was like a soft shell it needs to be a little more cooked more so if they can improve on that it’ll be one of the Baptist bath Taco Bell’s for a little bit.

Where do I even begin? Long story short I ordered through DoorDash the delivery was amazing however the food was a disaster! My preference for this meal was chicken Instead of beef which is an extra charge, no lettuce because they love to pile your taco with lettuce and that was all why the hell I open my taco and it looks like this???!!! Where’s my chicken, cheese, sour cream, and Tomatoes would not recommend the Taco Bell in Markham

I’m just gonna start and say I live 2 minutes away, from this place and I go all the way to tinley park or Orland to get food. When I’m craving Taco Bell, I came back and return the Nacho fries back for the second time. The manager perceived to get an attitude. Because I asked for it, fresh fries for the second time This is unacceptable service, and somebody needs to stop it it seems like in our neighborhood, no food. It’s good. The service sucks and the manager’s act like regular employees. There’s no examples being set or standards of leadership unacceptable. And i’m sick of it, I spend my money with you

Great another meal food was just thrown into the wrapper should of took a pic of my last taco is was a sour cream float and smeared sour cream all over the shel. I just threw it out such a waste. Same thing happens at the crestwood store I’ll be waiting them next.

I visited this location’s drive thru after making an online order, not only was the food delicious but the service I received was excellent as well. The cashier Ian H was extremely kind & friendly. His positive attitude made the experience really pleasant & will definitely make me return. With that being said shoutout to you Ian, you’re awesome! 🙂

Place is kinda run down. Back area and lobby was dirty and kinda nasty. The front counter is old and chipped. Some employee kept her phone on top of the food service/prep area, how professional. Overall if you are hungry you gotta do what you have to do. I can only imagine what’s going on that we can’t see.
