We decided to have panda bear food this evening. We got the noodles and two Entrees. This is absolutely the worst noodles that I have ever had in my life. They were completely dried out and tasteless. Now this is a Sunday afternoon and I will tell you. I got the teriyaki chicken and the orange chicken for the entrees. I would give them 2.5 out off a five rating scale. I highly recommend that no one visit this panda bear restaurant in anywhere. In the Brandon, Valrico area, it is absolutely right. The worst I have ever in my life. So if you are in the Tampa area, especially the east area known as the Brandon Valrico area. Never ever go to this place. You will absolutely waste your money and be disgusted with the food.

Never had any issues with this location but after work , I decided to get Panda.
This is nothing that I ordered , I ate the EGG roll I received instead of the spring rolls I ordered so I forgot to take a picture of that.
I was kinda rushed through drive thru but at the moment I understood , having a long day and all.
But I basically paid more money than what I got, I ordered a plate and got a bowl, no orange chicken or Veggies, not sure what the price difference on the rolls are but didn’t get spring rolls.
It’s highly annoying because I live 24 minutes away . I would note to sit at the window , check your order and everything you need regardless of if they’re rushing you or not .

The atmosphere is really nice and your hostess is very friendly. The food was OK. We had to wait on the honey walnut shrimp, but when they gave it to you, they made sure they shook the spoon to only give you a few and a up charge you a dollar and something for honey Walnut shrimp. All the fast food restaurants are really going down not like it used to be

I am extremely disappointed with my recent order. If I order through DoorDash, I expect the same quality and service as I would receive in person. Unfortunately, that was far from the case.

I ordered a medium teriyaki chicken, only to receive bland, flavorless protein with ZERO sauce—none on the chicken and none included in the bag. The chicken was full of fat and completely unseasoned, making it inedible. This meal not only failed to meet expectations but also made me lose my appetite entirely.

When customers choose to order delivery, it’s often because they are unable to cook or visit in person due to extenuating circumstances. To trust a business to provide a decent meal and receive such carelessness instead is unacceptable. The lack of attention to quality or basic preparation is appalling.

I regret trusting this restaurant to handle my dinner, and I hope management addresses this issue seriously to prevent others from having the same experience.

P.S. Enclosed are pictures of the sauce-less teriyaki chicken, the exceptionally small portion of Beijing Beef, and the exceedingly dry chow mein. I had hoped to at least enjoy the Beijing Beef and feel satisfied, but it fell short, leaving me disappointed and still hungry. I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves.

I ordered online. but in two minutes I called to cancel the order. they said it was no problem and they would refund the money. surprise!!! Uber delivered the order to I don’t know who. And they charge me full price. good manager works there I have nothing to say

Sat at drive through window for about 5 min before even greeted. Got sirloin and chicken. Literally maybe 6 peices of each and still paid for the up charge. Extremely dissatisfied!

We went in for lunch, we walked up to the counter to order the manager lanette was there but never looked up ,never spoke and never said hi ill be right with u nothing at all just did her own thing. We stood there for 8 1/2 minutes before another girl came from the back and finally came to the counter and took our order . I was kinda pissed i felt like i didnt matter and they didnt care . I wont go here agian there are plenty of places that want my buisness and know how to treat the customers.

Maybe this person isnt right for this position maybe consider better training and employees that want to work and do a quality job.

So today I ordered a plate with walnut shrimp and and black pepper angus steak. They said they have to charge me an extra fee and I said that’s fine as long as I get meat and not mostly vegetables, fair request since I’m paying extra for it but… instead I got black angus mushroom side.. barely got any meat on my plate.
