The fries tasted really weird. Like the grease hasn’t been cleaned or something. Maybe sat out too long. I don’t know. My sandwich & poppers were fine, but the fries were inedible. I wish I tasted them before driving home. I don’t usually have any issues with quality at this location.

Evening shift front drive thru girl is quiet rude, no words, shoves the items out of the window, makes people wait. No questions for sauces like other arby’s. Mildly stated, I’d stay away from this place and go to Rax or Chillicothe’s arby’s.

Very disappointed. Ordered the Chicken Bacon Swiss combo. I believe that has been the most disappointing thing I’ve ever gotten at Arby’s. It was just warm, very dry and very lacking. Oh, and straws for the drinks would have been helpful.

Went through the drive through about 8pm and it took forever to get my food. I ordered 1 sandwich and two sliders and it took 10 mins prolly sitting there. The fries were all crumbled up and everything seemed rushed. I get it, its fast food but still. It all tasted good so that is the reason for 3 stars.

Store was clean inside and outside. Bathroom was clean and stocked. Greeted as i came in the door. Food was fresh and hot.

Stopped for a quick bite while traveling. We were the only customers in the dining room. The food obviously had been made early and held in a heat drawer until we ordered it because there was barely any wait. The curly fries were hot which was the only redeeming factor. I really wish the company would bring back the potato cakes – they were my absolute favorite item on the menu!There are several other choices near this restaurant so we will probably go elsewhere next time we’re in the area.
