Every worker had an attitude and rude then rushed you down the line without fully asking everything that you wanted. 2/4/26 around noon so whoever the manager is please circle back on training the basics of what they have to do and actually welcome you in. Also, every single table had food and wrappers all over it so I had to wipe down my own table.

This location has serious consistency issues. It often feels understaffed, with employees who seem overwhelmed or burnt out. At times, they’re only taking online orders, and it’s not uncommon for them to run out of staples like chicken.
It’s clear the team is doing what they can, but management really needs to step up and take a hard look at how this store is operating. The demand is there this location could easily do better with stronger leadership and better support.
I say this as a loyal customer who comes here sometimes 3-4 times weekly.

So I order from there today through Grubhub. The order came and I ate the first taco and then as I was eating the second one I noticed something orange and mushy in the corner of my bowl. I started raking my brain of what could it possibly have been. I used to work there so I couldn’t think of anything they had that they could of mixed into my food by accident that looked like that. I called and spoke to a manager and she also had no clue so that absolutely DISGUSTED me because I was hoping it was some new ingredient I didn’t know about. Buyer beware! She did give me a full refund but that didn’t settle my disgust.
Ps. I even entertained the thought that maybe the delivery person messed with it but the bag was sealed and the stuff was all the way at the bottom of the plate.

Decided to give Chipotle another try after not liking it years ago. Not only do I still not like it, if anything the quality has gotten worse. Ordered some tacos, and while they arrived quickly, they were absolutely stone cold and tasted terrible. Save some money, order from a proper Mexican place and it’ll be excellent and hot.

Extremely understaffed. When I came there were 15 people waiting for online pick ups as the staff was extremely late filling orders. Since they work so fast, food comes very sloppy…VERY SLOPPY…like guac and lettuce will end up everywhere but inside your burrito. More of the fault of management…but still customer experience is garbage.
