Hidden gem. Was in the area to meet up with friends, ended up ordering from 802 4 nights in a row. Gf tried several pies, said the margherita was super good. I’m a bare bones guy. Pep, sausage, chz and it was consistently on point each time. I was told there was only one person making pies a couple of nights (7th, 8th oct) but shout out to whoever it was. Top work! Only prob is I live 15 hrs away.

Good service, delicious food, and fair priced. Much needed new addition in our little town. Variety of menu options, not just pizza — which is great. It will become a new tradition for sure. Service was excellent and staff was helpful and friendly.

I just paid $40 for the two mediocre burgers you see in the photo because the owner would not accommodate my request for a side salad instead of fries.
I ordered the two burgers online, and requested “small salad or veggies instead of fries, please.” On my way there to pick up the food, a staff member called me and informed me that their “pricing structure for online orders” didn’t allow for that substitution. However, I could purchase an additional side salad for $7. I told her I wasn’t interested in paying even more money, when I didn’t want the fries in the first place. I asked her if I could just order the burgers by themselves, and she said yes, making it sound like I’d just be paying for the burgers.
I arrived at the store, the only customer there. I said I was there to pick up an online order. I asked the owner if it was really true that he couldn’t just throw some salad stuff into a small take out container, and he said it was. He repeated the same line about the “pricing structure” of this vast, two-location bureaucracy of a pizza restaurant that doesn’t allow for the substitution of a side salad for fries. I explained to him that I had a child at home who had eaten a lot of fries recently, and a wife who has just given birth two days ago, and how disappointed I was with this whole situation.
He then explained that I was the first person to suggest offering a side salad as a substitution for French fries, implying that this was an especially exotic idea that he, a grown adult restaurant owner, had never, ever considered. Then, he thanked me for my feedback and tried to sell me the $7 side salad again. When I repeated that I wasn’t interested in that, he asked me if I wanted the fries. I reiterated for the third time that I didn’t want the fries.
Then I recalled the phone conversation. I asked if I had paid for the fries despite not wanting them. The owner said, “The burgers come with fries. Do you want them?”
I got the burgers home and noticed, as you will if you look at the photos, that they had vegetables on top of them. It’s a shame those were the last scraps of vegetables in the entire restaurant, or this whole situation could’ve been avoided. It really makes you think. Oh, and, the lower burger in the picture was ordered with bacon on it, which was a $2 upcharge. See if you can spot the bacon; you might have to zoom in.

The customer service was 5 Stars. The woman who answered the phone was kind, polite, informative, and answered all my questions.
The Pizza was about 4 or maybe 4.5 Stars. I Ordered a Large Pizza with Vegan Cheese. The Vegan Cheese was melty, creamy, and had a decent texture. It was the best Vegan Cheese alternative I have had on a Pizza! However where the Pizza lacked was in ratio. I understand they have you pay extra for Vegan Cheese so they want to give a lot to you, or possibly not many people order Vegan Cheese so they just gave me an Over Abundance of it! Don’t get me wrong it’s a tasty Slice, but I am a New Yorker that enjoys a Traditional Slice of Pizza (Veganized) that doesn’t do the extra frills of “Extra Cheese”. I prefer a Balanced Slice. The Pizza just needs a ratio adjustment between sauce and Vegan Cheese. I was unable to get the full flavor of their Tomato Sauce because the amount of cheese was over powering. The dough was cook through, nice and thin, and there was a slight saltiness that was Really Great!! The Dough had flavor! I would have just had it cook a little longer to get it a little more brown. However that is just a preference, the crust was fine. Next time I’ll order it “Well done”.
It was a little expensive. With a 3$ too I still paid a little over 31$. However, just use less Vegan cheese and you can lower the add on price by a dollar

I really really upset with 802 pizza being my first time there and seeing that it had good ratings. Although my pizza tasted good, it was not what I ordered. I also order cinnamon knots and I got fried balls of dough with butter on them. Not my best experience, at least the staff was friendly!

But it must be done.
The quality of the food tonight was not worth the nearly $60 I paid for it.
I cook all the time and very good meals for my family of five but tonight I decided I wanted to relax and have someone cook for me tonight.
I’m disappointed in how greasy everything was , even my salad 🙁
The wings I very specifically requested to be extra extra extra crispy , were not crispy , and two of the wings were far too pink for my liking.
The artichoke dip was overloaded with cheese , the bread was hard as a rock, and too salty !!
The pizza wasn’t too bad, just greasy.
The order was not done on time and the owner was kind enough to apologize for that as well as add in two HUGE cookies my daughter will surely enjoy tomorrow 🙂
Overall I see this place being very successful and would love to see them grow !
Just have a few things to work on and I hope my review can help with some of that.

We ordered a pizzas that hardly had any topping on it and 2 steak and cheese subs. The rolls were stale and cold and the steak was awful. We couldn’t finish them. They should try one at crossroads and learn how to make one. Very pricey.
So disappointed and now don’t want to try again,
I also tried to order some others things on the menu and the person I talked to said they don’t have a lot of things on the menu yet!
Just wish their were more good options to eat around here.

I have enjoyed dine-in and take-out. I tend to be picky about pizza, and really love this spot. Worth the drive. The staff are friendly and helpful and always happy to eliminate toppings or add toppings, this is the best pizza I’ve had in Vermont.

Was very excited for a new takeout place. Pizza is okay. Ordered a veggie sub the first time and received a wrap with lettuce, onion and pickle. No cheese, no Mayo and no other veggies all of which were requested. Very disappointed. And when we brought it up at our next visit it was like we were crazy. I am fine if you don’t have things as advertised but then don’t just give customers whatever you have and neglect to let them know. We probably won’t order again.

Used to love this place when going to randolph one! Realized they opened one in South royalton so started going there. At first it was great! But the past few times haven’t been. First we ordered pizza wings and garlic knots. Garlic knots were burnt on bottom. Couldn’t eat. Thought maybe a bad night. Ordered again a week later got pizza and wings. Ordered the Sriracha maple I think is what it is extra crispy. Very little sauce. Tasted like none was put on. Put it as maybe bad night again. Tonight Ordered pizza and Buffalo wings extra crispy get home. Pizza looks good. But wings are not even the slightest bit crispy and not sure on what if any sauce on them. Kinda just taste like plain chicken. Think we will be finding a different pizza place. Also now everytime I call just goes to the message about hours.
