I don’t work too far from the restaurant but, my sandwiches are not even warm by the time I get to work. This morning, my bacon was barely cooked. It almost looks like it went from the package to the bagel. Also, this is absolutely the slowest drive-thru in America. If you don’t get there right when they open, forget it.

2025 update: went in for a lunch sandwich and a muffins at 1:30pm with my wife. Ham and cheese lunch sandwich was good. Not many bagels in the display. No ice in soda machine. Service was not great and we were literally were shown the door at 2:00pm.
2024 Review: was 5 star. Can’t knock them down… they serve fresh bengals and a reasonable price. The food selection and atmosphere are awesome. Service is very good. They have a very wide selection of sandwiches and bagel flavors. Order at the counter and pick up when it’s ready. Nice outdoor seating on cooler days. Only thing I don’t like is the presumption of a tip when there is no table service.

The hours, ambiance, food selection and customer service are AWESOME across the board! My breakfast choice and vanilla hazelnut coffee were AMAZING! This was by far the BEST bagel I have ever had… it was so fresh along with the toppings… I had an everything bagel with egg white, spinach and avocado. This is heaven in your mouth! I will definitely be back!!! You’ve got to try this place.. you WILL NOT regret it!!!

Bagel day was yesterday but Thank you guys for the free bagel . Wish I could’ve leave more then 3 dollars tip on the card Machine for the employees . Spending $50 dollars and only tipping 3 dollars is unfair. Also wish the clear cups was recyclable. Customers service was great on a busy day

Kind of disappointed, I always go to Einstein when I have an easy work day in the morning to get Nova loks.
It’s one of those rare treats, unfortunately, I guess Einstein changed the way they make their loks because now it is made as a sandwich with hardly any salmon on it and they will not leave it open for you with even tomato and onion… Not the end of the world but still enough to annoy me for my morning.
This is still a good Einstein’s location, but I wish the staff could have at least alter my order.

The drive-thru line was super long so I decided to walk in and order. Upon waiting for the cashier, the place is clearly understaffed and the staff are straight up yelling and shouting at customers, including the lady who told me they ran out of green chile verde bagels. I didn’t even realize she was speaking to me until she raised her voice and repeated herself. She was standing off to the side and didn’t even make eye contact with me. When they called my order, I was standing by the online pick up order by the front, but the shop was super busy and loud so I couldn’t hear them call me initially. Instead of coming up to me with my order, they continue to YELL my order and give me dirty looks because I didn’t hear them call me. I have never been to an establishment with such ill-mannered people before. I will not be coming back to this location ever again.

This place it’s simply PERFECT I loved my experience in this place, was my first time eating Bagels and was so good. The place it’s really elegant, clean and homemade, the customer service was normally but was like this I assume the many people that frequented in this place that time I guess, the food was super good, the variety of combination in they food menu it’s awesome, they have a big parking too and option for eat outside, if you are around the area and you didn’t eat your breakfast yet, this one it’s your perfect location!

The team greeted every customer with a warm welcome and hello. The inside is clean and smells like delicious warm bagels. I love the variety. I saw the rack of warm, fresh begals! I got two dozen and brought for my team at the hospital. They open early and the orders are prepared hot and fresh!
