Came by for my lunch break which isn’t long at all. Got a boneless finger plate and the only thing that was good to eat was the bread and Fries. Zaxby’s is normally fresh but I guess not this location. Guess I’ll have to take my lunch break somewhere else that has better service.

One of my sons likes this place, so we go often, but it’s ALWAYS a long wait, busy or not. We’ve NEVER received his one chicken sandwich in less 15 to 20 minutes. It’s very interesting to say the least.

I had high hopes, the location failed me. Overall the quality of the chicken and value as taken a sharp decline. You used to get pretty decent size chicken fingerz, that is not the case anymore. Blame inflation I guess. However this is not the only complaint. I ordered online through the app. and as we all know there is that delicate dance you have when placing a future order. Will my food be fresh or will they fill my order as they get it and then let it sit and get cold. Well it was the latter. When I arrived the dining area was empty (around 6pm). I was surprised but delighted, no line. However when I told the young person at the register I was there for a pick up, she graciously gave me my order. She was nice and friendly. I then proceeded to check my order. I ordered a 3 piece snack pax, a kids meal, a 6 piece tossed in nuclear sauce, and 2 4 piece meals, double fries.
I was missing a 4 piece. I addressed it to the same young person and quickly gave me my missing meal. I said thank you. To me, it no problem, it was caught and fixed.
When I got home my husband noticed on his 6 piece meal, they only gave him 4 strip. Not only do you have the check your order before leaving, you have to count too. I was really disappointed, we do not frequent Zaxby’s often because buying for 5 people is expensive.
Zaxby’s you have to do better.

See the last two times I came here my experience wasn’t the best. The first time, they gave me one piece of chicken on salad and the lad said because it’s grilled, and the other salad with fried chicken she said had three pieces but it didn’t, it really was one piece so I paid for another piece. Fast forward to today, I go thru drive thru, ordered another salad and extra piece of chicken just in case it didn’t have enough. I pulled to the window, got the chicken, the young lady closed the window so fast after I paid and was I trying to get her attention because I wanted to redeem points for a drink with rewards, so when she finally came back to window, I asked if I could redeem the drink and she said let me ask and this big jolly the green giant guy said, NO not at this time.. (I’m thinking)WTH, why not. I’m not asking for anything free, just a drink with my points. I didn’t want to go back and forth and something bad end up happening to my food so I politely drove off just stuck still wondering, why I can’t get a drink. It wasn’t like I needed another order of food. So I’m done, I don’t plan on going back there.

The food was hard and disgusting, so was this bug on my fries. I understand things happen but a once over of the food you’re packing up would take an extra second. Unacceptable. Hard, super old boneless wings, fries were okay minus the bug. If I wasn’t so busy with work, I’d drive back over there.

This location is usually very good. However tonight the traditional wings were dry, hard and tough. The fries were not good at all. Disappointed.

I sat in the drive through for 30 min at 730pm. The staff should be trained to speak to customers without using the word “huh” every third word. They were out of half of the items I requested and I found a giant portion of plastic along with my lettuce on a sorry excuse for a chicken club sandwich. This place needs some supervision.

$30 for the Family flavor by the pound meal. Seriously? 10 small chicken strips and 4 nuggets? Some stale tasting fries, absolute worst. We are done with this Zaxby’s. You will have less than a 50/50 chance you will be satisfied with the service or meal.
