1st time trying out Five Guys. Free peanuts, Free Root Beer refills (and huge selection of sodas), customizable burger and generous portions (ordered small fries but there’s plenty to go. Burger could do with more freshness though

For many years, I considered the Five Guys strawberry milkshake the best ever, followed closely by Chick-fil-A. Five Guys was the best because of the real strawberries on it.
Recently, it became garbage.
I bought (as usual) via DoorDash, and a white paste showed up (not even lightly p pink). I tried to get a refund, but DD did not want to do that. There was not even a *real* strawberry bit on it. It had no taste, no color, and more specifically, no strawberry.
The next day, I went to the store to get another one. Same thing. There was one, maybe two strawberry bits. Also, not even pink.
The current recipe is the worst, even losing to the powder-based fast-food competitors like McDonald’s.
Please fix this.

I recently visited this five guys and had a fantastic experience. The service was impressively quick, and the food was top-notch as always. Super Juicy burger! What stood out to me the most was the cashiers attitude, the gentleman with the muscles. He was well composed and genuinely attentive. He didn’t over-exaggerate his role as most cashiers do but still made sure everything was perfect for me. It made the entire visit pleasant and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

I’ve been a regular at 5 guys for many years. Unfortunately, $23 for a burger, fries and soda is excessive for fast food. Why can In and Out be so profitable at half the cost? Regardless, at this price level there are several other restaurant options in the area with higher quality burgers. I will not be patronizing the chain in the future.
Though, I will say that the staff are very pleasant and efficient at Five Guys. Glad they seem to have happy employees.

First time at Five Guys and loved their burgers. Their patties are so fresh, tender and tasty, they fry it in-front of you. They have lot of free toppings and you can customize the toppings, loved the grilled onions topping, Jalapeños. Must try !!

The best fries ever. Get the Cajun fries, they are spicy and delicious.
And the peanuts, they are enough of a reason to visit the joint.
The veggie sandwich is just vegetables in a bun. It wasn’t great, but it’s decent enough for a quick bite.

Nicely lit and well maintained place to dine-in. There used to be free peanut inside the restaurant , it’s not available anymore. But the are still maintaining the quality of the food.
Now they have vegetarian options and their fries are still good. You should definite try their Cajun potato fries.
