I can only say WOW! I’m from NYC, ate a lot of authentic Jamaican food and this hands down as to be one of the best Jamaican foods I’ve had . You know it’s authentic when they have a Guinness logo in the front. Jerk chicken is actually jerk had my nose running and everything from the spicy . The rice and peas was moist and sweet. Everything 10/10. Gave good portions and worth the price highly recommend. The ox and mac beef patty is a must!!!!

Of all the years I’ve patronized this place the brown stew chicken that I recently purchased was absolutely disgusting. Their food is usually authentic and delicious. This evening meal was the total opposite of that. If I wanted to eat bad food I could’ve made bad food at home. The chicken was smoked chicken that was store bought. The sauce was overly spicy and almost inedible. The cabbage was not seasoned and not cooked. Very disappointed in the food.

Food was AMAZING. We got the jerk chicken, the goat and the oxtail. The vibes were great. My only fit was the customer service. Server should really take a course in speaking a little louder and writing down the orders and having more of a sense of urgency.

Very good food. The Johnny cake was excellent, so was the curried goat. The waiter was very helpful in trying to find a mild option for our daughter and had her taste several options. All reasonably priced.

I loved this place. The staff was so nice and answered my many questions. I had the jerk chicken, mac and cheese, cabbage, and coconut bread. It was a huge serving and the food was absolutely fabulous. The jerk chicken was so tender. The mac and cheese had just enough kick. The cabbage was perfectly cooked with just a little crunch left in. The flavors were fantastic. My friend had curry chicken. She said all of her food was amazing as well. We learned to play a new board game while waiting and that was so much fun. What a great atmosphere.

Listen anyone got anything bad to say about this place is lying!!!!! We drove all the way from Birmingham Alabama!!! Food so good we came back the next day ! Both times the food was amazing! My husband from Alabama I am Jamaican born and raised . And this was definitely authentic and reminded me of a home cooked meal straight out of Jamaica ! I love it! I had the escovicvh fish hubby had the jerk chicken! Amazing!

Love this place! It was clean. I found out that they had to move from the old building because the owner of the old building was demoing the building. The service was really nice. The owner came and talked with us. When she found out that I’m from Panama City, she told me that she has a restaurant there, too. It’s called Bamboo 2. She is also the cook there, too. The food is fantastic ! I had the Curry goat and the flavors blinded in so nicely. My sister had the oxtail, and we both were practically licking the bowl. We walked out satisfied and happy . We got halfway home and forgot to order some to go. My next adventure. . . Panama City ⛱️ for a second round.

Decent food a little pricey for what it is but cant complaint. The service was good the place was clean the food tasted almost authentic. My husband loves ox tail and that’s what he got. He thought he had had better, and this was alright. I got chicken curry with roti and I was happy with it. Their patty are really good and a great price point. Definitely recommend. We took some party to go as well.
