First time ever at A&W and somehow they convinced me to drop $12 per meal for a burger I could’ve made at home half-asleep and drunk. The bun? Straight-up soggy Wonder Bread energy, like it lost a fight with a sink. The patty tasted like a $2 freezer special, drowning in a so-called “special spicy sauce” that had absolutely no business existing. Four sad jalapeño slices trying—and failing—to give it personality.
The chicken? Not crispy, not juicy, not even memorable. Just aggressively mid, like they forgot what chicken is supposed to do.
And let’s talk price—$70 for four meals. For WHAT? Disappointment in a paper bag? At that price I expected flavor, not regret.
Service was barely acceptable. The order takers acted like greeting customers was a personal inconvenience, like I interrupted their day by showing up to the restaurant they work at.
Overall: overpriced, under-seasoned, and wildly overrated. A&W is proof that nostalgia can’t save bad food.

When they gave us the drinks, the drinks were not in the holder, but sitting on top of it, almost falling over, and the fries were put in the bag fully upside down. They were closing almost 2 hours before it was supposed to. They gave us nothing to eat with and forced us to get our food to go. Grumpy people, bad customer service.(In Moses Lake WA) Food was amazing 🙂

Since when does KFC start serving chicken nuggets and calling it their Tenders? SMH.. I thought it was a joke when I opened my box as I had ordered a K4 which consists of 3 tenders fries and a biscuit I was literally looking all over in the box and bag for maybe some make up pieces for the damn nuggets they gave me. But then I realized they actually sale that joke of a meal for the same price as when they were serving the much bigger ones that they used to have. Damn what a shame bc I actually used to love and recommend their tenders.

To the negative reviews about employees….
If you are complaining about the employees, if you ever worked customer service, just shut the hell up. You may have moved on to better jobs but dealing with people post covid isn’t what it used to be when you were employed, probably when Clinton was in office….. Am i close?
If you never worked anything close to this industry, good for you. Remember that these people are emotionally drained from dealing with people like yourself constantly. That’s cool you have more money and everything wasn’t bad for you growing up. Nobody would work at these places if it was a possibility and you wouldn’t get your bacon chicken burger and large diet (how sad!) but that’s not the case these days… Since time immemorial of class structure…and you’re out of touch with reality and honestly, you should not even be in touch with a single service worker. If you expect and demand more than what’s offered while you approached them like you’re better, you or someone you care about (doubtful)… You’re a terrible person and should experience much worse to humble yourself. I am sure karma will get you. Just wish i could personally deliver it each time because watching people like you getting got makes me bricked.

Love KFC but nowadays it’s just ridiculously expensive. A side of coleslaw is almost $10! Sad you can’t enjoy eating on the go anymore because it costs an arm and a leg!!

2nd Update: I did go back and got the free Go-cup and it was all fresh and delicious. Apparently it depends on the time of day on whether or not the food is fresh.
1st Update: Went in and chicken was just nasty and the biscuit was dry and overcooked Won’t be going to this KFC again.
Chicken is so good, but popcorn chicken could have been meatier and the wedges cut thicker so they aren’t so crunchy. Root beer float was spendy and not much ice cream, but was delicious. Mashed potatoes and gravy is always the best. Coupon for a free Go-cup if you complete a survey. Buffet looked really good.

Ate at the buffet today with my fam and it was pretty good! It’s 10.99 for adults and comes with a drink and biscuit. They were awesome about keeping the chicken cleared until customers ordered the buffet , so we got freshhhhh chicken! The extra crispy chicken was sooo goood!! They have 3 different types of chicken available. The buffet has a small salad bar with a batch of Cole slaw! The other side is filled with mashed potatoes, gravy, fried okra, potato wedges, green beans, chicken pot pie soup, baked beans and 2 bomb desserts! The only thing I wish, is that they brought out fresh batches of the potato wedges and okra because those items are my fave, but I should have asked!! Overall, they have a decent buffet and the women working were lovely ❤️

The Sriracha Cheese Curds are weak and pathetic, I didn’t taste any Sriracha until I started cramming them down my throat and I only tasted the spice for two seconds then the grease nullified it. I’m glad it’s for a limited time because the flavor is for a limited time too.
Although the BMW onion ring was funny so +1 food ⭐.
