I was very disappointed in my five cheese sandwich. There was only two selections of cheese. It was very obvious. It was cheddar and provolone or Swiss. I’m not sure. The bread was way too thick. Regular country white bread would’ve been much better. I felt like I was cheated on the sandwich. Also, those pickles were so salty. I’m sure it raised my blood pressure. The pecan berry salad was awesome with the raspberry vinaigrette. The tall, slender man that works delivering food to the tables is always so nice. He’s an hreat addition to this location. Just a sidenote, I had to complain about the sandwich last time I was there also…I had the French dip. It had almost no cheese. Picture below of obviously only having two cheeses. It was a very unsatisfying sandwich.

We went to this location and the people interacting face to face with you were polite, granted. However, we ordered soups to go and it looks like the staff had scooped some of the soup into the clingwrap before placing the bowl into the film and wrapping it up. It is like this for all three soups so it seems intentional. I could not unwrap the soup without getting it all over my fingers We had gotten there 15-20 minutes before it closed at 9:00pm for context and the staff was already cleaning and putting things up so we had asked if it was too late to order food when we got there. Regardless, it seemed passive aggressive.

Order a choice 2. My king club on a wrap and a chef salad with extra cheese and dressing. When they brought my food out, the king club was on toast, and the salad didn’t have extra cheese that I paid for. The salad was mostly spinach. They fixed the sandwich by just throwing it on a wrap but didn’t wrap it. This place judges you on tips. Which shouldn’t apply cause they get paid more than minimum wage. I eat here at least 2 to 3 times a month. Not anymore. Last week, I left a tip in the jar on the counters and got great service, but this time I wasn’t going to put it in at the end of my meal and I got horrible service.

Ate at this store in Middletown twice within 2 weeks on a Saturday. The first visit, we were very pleased with the service and food that we decided to return with our of town first time visitors to a completely new experience. The elderly ladies were unfriendly and, quite frankly, rude. My husband and I ordered the exact same selections from the two for two menu. Needless to say, our salad consisted of three pieces of green salad. two strawberries and two very thinly sliced pieces of chicken. You could put the entire salad in a 1/4 cup serving dish. It was an embarrassment to have bragged on this restaurant to two out of towners after I had bragged on it. To tap it off, as we were drinking our teas as after two bites our meal was over, one of the cashiers came and bused our tables which made us feel like we had overstayed our welcome. We will not patronize this restaurant again.

Typical deli food. Everything was ok. Would be better if they seasoned their baked potatoes and cooked the veggies a bit more. The nachos could use just a touch more toppings as well. Service was good. Very laid-back environment and kid friendly.

Took 20 mins to get my to go order. My sandwich was cut so ridiculous there was no bread on top. The short little woman working the register is ALWAYS crude, not nice. Y’all took my cranberry orange sandwich off the menu so I won’t be stopping here again, especially when it takes forever.
