I brought a group of 12 high school students after a service field trip, serving at a local shelter, last week during the lunch hour. Your restaurant was fabulous spot for us to celebrate and reflect on our experience. The space was flexible and accommodative for us all to sit together. The staff was attentive and checked on us several times. We were then all gifted a cookie or a brownie. Thank you so much for being a space that welcomes my students and appreciates our business! 5 stars

The service here is out of the ballpark. It is absolutely amazing. Not only are they extremely friendly, but they are also very fast. The bathroom was also very clean. The food was extremely fresh and hot!

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich plain add pepperjack and a deluxe chicken sandwich and when I pulled off they were both deluxe, I work drive thru so here is my advice for getting accurate orders, have your cashiers read back the orders before the leave.
I called and they told me come back for a correction, I showed up shortly after and I got a spicy chicken sandwhich but it was missing the pepper jack. I was so surprised honestly because cfa has never messed up my order in the past so I was a little sad.
Also the manager on the phone said they would refund the difference for the deluxe but that refund has never came.

Our 2nd time here. Got chicken biscuits with hashbrowns for breakfast. Absolutely perfect chicken on a very well made biscuit. Hashbrowns were crispy. Was super fast and the staff were very friendly.

I’m not sure what’s going on but the staff must be rushing to push their orders out. Twice now my order has been messed up. I ordered a regular sandwich and they’ve given me spicy. Last night they put a spicy sandwich in a regular sandwich bag… very deceiving

The food is your average fast food and the restaurant is well kept. However, the last time I visited a younger cashier, on the bigger side, took my order and forgot to give me my drink due to distractions from friends. This has happened 3 times with the same employee. The first time, during drive thru she made me wait until she finished her conversation with her friends. The second time, again during the drive thru she gave me a sort of attitude, almost like she was mad at me for coming in at such a time. Her name is Liliana. I have had only 2 out of 5 good experiences with her.

I door dash and I honestly will say everyone who works there are so respectful and kind! It’s also my favorite place to go too to pick up food. I’ve NEVER seen so much respect nor received it from any other fast food or restaurants since door dashing! Keep up the great service, it definitely doesn’t go unnoticed!

placed a mobile order at 7:19 PM with a quoted ready time of 7:28 PM. I went inside to pick it up, but didn’t receive my order until 7:40PM. There was no communication or update about the delay. Chick-fil-A is usually known for speed and accuracy, so this was disappointing. If pickup times are delayed, clearer communication would help manage expectations
