Definitely try the smash fries while you’re here they’re a must! I miss them the first time I went cuz I didn’t know they existed and I missed out. The service here is iffy but it is what it is. The food kind of took longer than it should have, the place was kinda dirty when we went and stuff was not completely stocked. The food was delicious though. I got the mushroom burger with avocados, and added bacon! It’s a yes! And don’t forget that chocolate shake.

There’s no place to rate cleanliness. My husband got the basic $4.99 burger. I got the single mushroom burger and the Brussels sprouts.
The burgers were tasty. We asked for medium, and my husband got that, but the person in front said no one orders like that? Seriously? We don’t like overdone beef. My husband’s was right. Mine was well done, but still good.
Our beef is with what we saw in the kitchen. We took to go, so while waiting, we could see two guys, scratching their heads and only one of the two was wearing gloves. Then they touched food. I almost asked for our money back, and hope we don’t get sick.
I’m writing this primarily so that the owner of this franchise is made aware. If this doesn’t change, we won’t be back.
Oh, it was not at all busy, and we had to wonder why.

Was hesitant because of the 1 star reviews. I’ve been here twice now and it’s really good. The cashier was super kind and positive. The fries are warm and have the perfect amount of crisp. The Pattie’s are juicy and flavorful. They also have Dr Pepper which is a win. Last time the food took about 15 mins, but this time it took like 3. Insane. I also noticed a bin of LEGOs in the dining area. That’s super cool. Not sure how well sanitized they are, but LEGO is awesome regardless. Huge W. I’ll probably eat here again tbh

Just not what it used to be. Disappointing burger isn’t even as large as the bun. Fries were good, fresh hot and crispy but not enough to keep me coming back.

Restaurant prices, worse than fast food. Misleading bogo22 advertising, a burger with avocado that looks like someone wiped an avocado across it like toilet paper, leaving behind just essence of avocado. These are their special smash fries… I can count the seasoning flakes and sure can’t taste it.
I stopped eating here before COVID and made the mistake to try them again. Don’t make the same mistake as me.

ordered online at 639 for pickup asap (10 minutes) this evening. i got there at 648 and walked in to fries going in a bag and my order ready to go. good man was crushing it in the kitchen. fries were smashed just right and my colorado black bean burger tasted like it was made with love. i worked at a couple smashburger locations back in my day and i would be surprised if this locetion wasnt franchised. good people. thank you

Walked in at 8:33. Knew they closed at 9 but that’s 30 minutes to make a burger. We planned on getting to go and knew what we wanted. They were already turning off window lights and rudely said this will be to go. I get that you want to leave, but you are open for another 30 minutes and again rudely didn’t even let us finish our order. Don’t go here a lot but this will be the last time.

We got maybe 10 tots. And the bread was burnt what you see pictured put me back $44. I’ve never had smash this bad. I should have made the trek to Boulder. I was trying to complain through the website because I know reviews can hurt businesses but that crashed. Do not come to this location you’ll leave hungry and mad.
