The food was good, however; if you go thru the drive thru and go home approx 5 minutes your frosties are like chocolate milk. Cannot use a spoon have to use a straw and if you get one for a child you can’t use a straw as no hole in the small frosty so you have to open over the sink and makes a mess. Can someone tell them to turn the temperature down so we can again enjoy our frosty.

Zero stars is what they deserve. Ordered chicken salad with NO cheese. Good thing I opened the bag, cheese all over it. Told the gal at the window and explained that cheese gives me a rash and that I ordered it without. She asked if they could just scoop it off. I told her again that it gives me a rash and no it could not be scraped off. She took it and brought a “new” salad a minute later. I checked, appeared to have no cheese and I proceeded to park. I took 2 bites and found cheese. Seriously? They just scooped it off. Intentionally causing me harm. I will never return and have told everyone I know about this.

I ordered a large Coke Zero and a jr bacon cheeseburger. I got an old, greasy, cold and disgusting baconator. The Coke Zero was straight up carbonation ONLY. I threw everything away. I won’t be going back there again! Almost $7 down the toilet.

I was so disappointed in the quality of my food from this location. I waited in line for over five minutes, only to get home and try to eat my chicken sandwich. And it was way too hard to even bite. The chicken actually just crumble once I tried to chew!! I didn’t even know it could .

Every time you place an order there, they never get it right they always give you the wrong order. Make sure you check your order before you leave there. You order something with no cheese they keep on putting it on your sandwich with cheese. This happens constantly in the morning on breakfast when I to talk to the lady manager there she hung right up on me after I finished telling her about the situation with the female in the drive-through

7:38pm and they’re doors are locked. No signage, no notifications. Some of us have hearing impairments and cannot use the drive thru and there are those of us who have a difficult time in walking… so getting around is challenging. Wasting energy and risking injury for NOTHING isn’t something I like to do.
