Today I had the Blueberry Burst Smoothie at Better Me. It consists of blueberry, almond milk, cinnamon, almond butter, & banana.
A Better Me is the cute juice shop in Cranford. Seriously, although it’s a little pricey (but us Al high quality ingredients) I think they’re the best shake spot in town, They have the freshest smoothies, juices and bowls. The owner (Leo) is always friendly and very patient in helping customers determine which type of smoothie they’d like, based on their preferences. Leo does an excellent job serving up customers needs and is always giving out positive energy.
My only request is for a little bit more blueberry in the blueberry burst, but it’s delicious and tastes like those blueberry pancakes of my childhood.

This is my go to spot for a smoothie. I have been going to A Better Me Juicery since they first opened and not once has it disappointed. Not only do the açaí bowls, juices, and smoothies have me keep going back but the fun, lively atmosphere is outstanding

Great smoothies, great people! Leo’s shop is so well placed in downtown for easy access.
My go-to drink ever since they opened has been their Bench Press, which if I recall is a mix of almond butter, banana, cinnamon (I think?), and chocolate protein.
They also recently created a watermelon lemonade that is so good especially in this recent heat.
They have a few seats inside, parking is either street OR the big public lot #7 behind (both metered between 9a-6p).
Highly recommended!

Seriously the best shake spot in town, Leo does an excellent job serving up customers needs and always gives out positive energy. Her staff is new and take on the same rolls as if the business were their own. As a continuous customer, I always recommend this here (see photo). Such an excellent combo for me since I am doing a few cycling races every weekend and need a boost of help. Cheers!

Just wanted to give a shout out to A Better Me Juicery. Me and my 3 boys (7 month old not pictured) were having ourselves a chaotic morning by 9 am. We were waiting for the pharmacy to open when my 3 year old needed the potty, like immediately.
We ran around the corner and stumbled into a better me, which I have been wanting to try for a long time. I am a stay at home mom who is almost never without my kids in tow so I haven’t been brave enough to navigate downtown with all 3 boys alone just yet. However I am soooo glad I was forced into the situation because it brought us here.
My 2 year old had a hulk juice, my 3 year old wanted a “iron man” juice so the owner was kind enough to make him a superhero juice and add in some beets to make it red. They were stoked and very anxious to tell their cousins all about our superhero juice trip with the fun fruit pillows later in the day.
The owner was so friendly and down to earth. She related to the mom struggle and made me feel so welcomed when I was rather cranky. We are so lucky to have businesses like this right in the heart of town and my kids & I are excited to head back there in the near future!

I was so happy when I saw a smoothie place was heading to town. Right from the start, I loved this place. It’s so nice to have places to stop for healthy, clean food on to go. I was never a juice person until I tried theirs! I love the healing juice. You can’t go wrong with anything here.
