I have been eating at this restaurant for over 15 years and in general their food is really good but sometimes like with any restaurant the food turns out badly. I the pictures do not do justice for how badly this order was. I picked up my foot at 850pm I sat down to eat it at 10:08 pm like I always do. I say all excited to eat, I opened the box for the crab Ragu and all the cream cheese had been cooked Up and out of the point So there was no cream cheese filling so it started there. It was upset but OK let me start on my pad Thai.. I opened it up and the peanuts looked really dark but I thought what do I know? So I mixed it up. And noticed it was full of wetness. The noodles were all chopped up into tiny little pieces, so I did not get to enjoy the noodle.. The peanuts tasted stale and burn. I tried really hard to eat it and I could not. It was so bad. So I called Bangkok the very next day and told them about it. I was put on hold for about three minutes then I was told that there was nothing they could do for me because I didn’t return it the same day or call the same day, The store closes at 9 PM so I could not have called the same day. I was told that I would get a call from the manager which after a few hours I did I missed it and I called her back. That’s all she wanted to do was argue with me about how I didn’t return it Same day when I explained to her over and over and over again that I couldn’t because they were Closed she said well then there’s nothing we can do for you. Then she went on to say how it was my fault because I chose not to eat the food as soon as I got home. I told her that I was gonna write a bad review and she said I don’t care go ahead. Everybody loves us. I told her I love them too, but that I had a bad experience and I just wanted my food replaced. She blamed me for the food being bad and blamed me for not contacting them on the night that I got it? When I said they were closed, so there was no way for me to contact them. She then said, Oh well we stay a little later then 9 you should have called me. So after about 10 minutes of her blaming me for my food not being good she said there’s nothing I can do for you and that she didn’t care if I wrote a bad review because everybody loves them. I spent $31.54 on food that I literally could not eat. She didn’t even care that I had been coming there for years along with all of my adult kids and that none of use would ever eat there again. She said Yeah go ahead and write a bad review I don’t care. I can not be the only one who has experienced this. I will never go back!

Our absolute favorite Thai Restaurant hands down. Consistently exceptional food and service. Thank you once again for the perfect amount of spice I ordered beef Gang Dang mild + and the beef was melt in your mouth tender and spice spot on. My hubs had vegetable curry with beef and medium it was perfect. Yum! We highly recommend this location ❤️

I haven’t been in this area for several years, but it was on the way back from an appointment, and I thought I’d look it up and there they were.It’s changed hands management wise a couple times but the food did not fail.My waitress Zang, was absolutely precious.I have some arthritis in my hands.And they were really stiff, and I asked her if she would help me ladle out the soup & then pack my leftovers up for me. She was so gracious and kind, over& above the call of duty. The fresh shrimp rolls were fabulous.I had forgotten that they had the peanut sauce.I’d been getting them at another restaurant that’s on my regular route, that has a sweet clear sauce. So when this came to the table, it threw me. I’m pretty sure when I visited several years ago,it was a lighter brown- it was fabulous! Bless her heart, Zang brought me a side of the clear sauce, too. The tom yum soup was terrific.Loaded with shrimp and shrooms, and you can see it’s a good size portion. My bill was $20. You literally cannot beat that with a stick….so be kind to your wait staff and tip good!

If you want good tip please do good service and you’ll automatically get it, don’t just throw food at customers and expect high tips. On top of that, you need to earn it with your services, food , don’t just demand it (tip). I’ve seen this happened to my friend when we were in this restaurant. Use to be very good, looks like they became greedy. Will you just give away money just like that? I don’t think so. Most of us visit there to have good food, service not just to give you tip. Hope management take some action against these kind of things.

we looked up on Google the nearest Thai restaurants to us and there It was , Bangkok cuisine , I went there with friends and family , it wasn’t too crowded we wanted to try their pad thai ,I loved the decorations , their service , very friendly and fast. the food was great too , although could be a bit cleaner when it comes to serving their dishes . Thai food turned out to be pretty yummy .

I called at 8:30 and they don’t close till 9. They told me I had to pay over the phone! I was in Meijer and I was 10 minutes away. They just wanted me to start shouting out my credit card in Meijer! Ridiculous!!! This place is a joke and I can’t believe they treat their customers this way! They didn’t take my order and I will never go back!

Does not get any better! I love Bangkok. There are many Thai places nearby and Bangkok has fresh vegetables, awesome sauces and very generous portions. You will love it!
