I don’t think I’ll be going back there. The waitress got our order all wrong. And it wasn’t that complicated. Service was slow for lunch orders which was surprising since the place was mostly empty.

When I tell you this place has the best steak tips I’ve ever had im not kidding. So tender and flavorful, medium rare cooked perfect every single time I have quickly become almost a regular at this place and enjoy the food every time. Kristina is soo sweet and kind and all the employees make you feel welcomed. The food is amazing and always consistent. The only issue is parking. It’s usually busy and parking can be extremely difficult especially with a lot of the spots being taken by people utilizing the bike trail that is next to it. Other than that, I love it here.
Update: I was so disappointed by my recent order from here. They changed the Romaine from regular romaine to these like little individual romaine head things and it tats bad, I’m assuming to save costs but the flavor is bitter and not great

The restaurant serves regular American food. Amongst the menu items pizza is probably the best bet as they do come out of the brick oven with smokey flavor. However there are better pizza places in the neighborhood when it comes to the consistency of the crust and the toppings distribution. The place is small and very noisy. Not recommended for families with small kids as the sitting arrangement is quite safe. Mostly filled with bar stools.
Vegetable options will be limited here. They don’t have vegetarian pizza on the menu, it will be a custom order.
Price range $17 to $25 for pizza. Kids menu about $9 to $12
Parking is limited and the lighting in the parking area is not well lit, difficult to see which is a parking spot.
While I think the food is fine here, I am not rating it as a must visit place.

Been there twice under new ownership. The portions for takeout have shrunk and is soggy. I also dined in and the server forgot to put my order in. My girlfriend finished and she said it would be right out. 20 mins later no food. I cancelled never got a apology or a check in hows everything. Lets hope this is a one off and doesn’t become a trend now

*Online menu – great and 100% user friendly
*Price – astronomical, we got 1 large pizza and an app of tenders delivered $47.99 with a $6 tip&delivery fee.
*Food – absolutely awful, the tenders were those cheap wide flat ones and the dip was terrible. Pizza looked like they forgot to add the topping and just threw it on after it was cooked, the pizza sauce has a very sweet taste, it’s more like a savory desert than pizza.
*Delivery time – good, driver can read instructions too, thank you, best $6 I’ve spent.
*Overall- in my opinion which I’m 100% entitled too, this is the worst pizza shop in Chelmsford, Wicked cheap ingredients at wicked high prices, if you want to waste your money, definitely eat here.

We took out during this particular visit. We always get a better meal eating in the restaurant. We have had numerous problems with take out and delivery so I would suggest eating at the Brickhouse. The chicken tenders are fantastic with the fild fever sauce (don’t forget to ask for extra gold fever, you’ll want it for your fries). The teriyaki steak tips are amazing. The pizza was awful. It was thin and burnt. We did not ask for well done or thin, just a regular cheese pizza for the kids.We actually just threw the whole thing away because nobody would eat it. Luckily, we had gotten some extra food.
Please remeber this is a take out review, we love going to Brickhouse and the food is great at the restaurant, just not a take out or delivery place to order from.

I’ve only eaten in here a couple times but I get takeout a couple times a week. The staff is super friendly, the food is great (go for the steak tips!) and they usually have live music in the bar.
