The manager did reduce the bill, which I appreciate. However, this food should not have been served to customers. The staff only mentioned issues with the waffle makers after I raised a complaint, and even then continued serving similar waffles to other customers. I observed other customers receiving waffles in the same condition, and they were equally confused about why their food was being served this way. If there is an equipment issue or food quality problem, it should be communicated upfront so customers can make an informed decision. Serving substandard food without explanation and expecting customers to accept it is not appropriate.

Haven’t ate Waffle House in a long time. Decided to give them a try. Big mistake, burnt bacon on steak melt that it was black along with my steak. Wasn’t just mine but my daughter’s as well. They cook was more concerned in goofing off then doing his job. It cost too much to eat for the food to be burnt. The waitress took $2 off. But even she didn’t come back to the table to see if we needed drink refills. Don’t worry we won’t be back.

There was 1employee who wasn’t on a brk or doin somethin constructive for customers or the company. Instead she felt the need to talk shhhh bout the 3employees who were on a brk. Other employees insidecwere working. Just the one blonde lady. Don’t remember her name. She was soo unprofessional and so annoying I had to walk out the store while waiting for my order. Walked in there was not a single clean place to sit down there were 3 women when we go here they saw us walk in and yet no one offered or attempted to clean a spot finally my mother had to walk up to the counter and ask for someone to clean a table then there ended up being 5 women and still no tables were bused or cleaned
