I decided to stop by this DQ location in Humble for a Blizzard and some chicken strips, and I must say the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and even greeted us as soon as we walked in. Fernanda was especially sweet and made sure my Blizzard was exactly the way I like it when she turned it upside down. Excellent service overall—I’ll definitely be coming back!

Forgot to add the white gravy to my chicken strip basket. The only reason to chose Dairy Queen chicken tenders is to have the gravy. Otherwise we could get better tenders somewhere else.

Went to get my SON a kids meal and she wouldn’t sell it to me. Today 11/4/25 at 3:25pm. My sick SON that stayed home from school requested Dairy Queen and she wouldn’t sell it to me bc I didn’t have a kid in my car. I’m sorry, is it any of her business what I order and for who? Good thing McDonalds is in the business of selling food bc I got him a happy meal no questions asked. I dont know what Dairy Queen is selling but it ain’t food. Horrible rude service. We will never go back. And I will tell everyone I work with and all the moms at his school.

Worst $50 I’ve ever spent. I used to frequently go, but I haven’t gone in about 6 to 9 months, and in those months, the quality is TERRIBLE!! I ordered a chili cheese dog, cheese bites, mozzarella sticks, blue rasp slushies, nachos deluxe, steak fingers, and finally, a large blizzard for my family. The cheese bites/mozzarella sticks were subpar. The nachos were bland, and they were stingy with toppings. Steak fingers weren’t the best, but I’m personally not a huge fan, so I’ll reserve my judgment there. However, the chili cheese dog was NASTY. How in the world do you ruin a hot dog?? Even the slushy quality has gone down?! No more grape, and it tasted too syrupy, almost like a melted freeze pop???? Regardless of the disappointment, the supposed star of the show (the blizzard) was what I was most excited for, and that turned out to be the biggest disappointment of all.. the taste was mostly the same, but the texture was ruined. (The creaminess completely gone and tasted like they replaced the cream in the ice cream for water.) Moreover, the texture was awful and broken up and had ice chunks in it. I tried to eat it and was in denial, but it kept getting worse. Very very disappointed and won’t be returning. Im hoping it’s only that location because my whole family and I used to love DQ, but this is unacceptable.

Had it this month, have to say the restaurant was nice, friendly and helpful employees. Ordered a burger with fríes and a hot fudge sundae. Couldn’t have asked for more. Will definitely return.

The ice cream cone was perfect! French fries were dark in color and tasted almost burnt like they had been double fried to try and keep them warm. The burger was terrible! I saw the cook take it out the microwave when I pulled up to the window to pay! I’ve never seen that done before at DQ! The cheese wasn’t melted and I asked for jalapeños and didn’t get them. Very unsatisfactory! I’ll just stick to the ice cream next time.

God Bless these workers working in these conditions, the cashier at front counter almost fell several times trying to avoid the water behind the counter leaking on floor. It smelled like mildew in the restaurant. Smh!

I had a mobile order and I’ve ordered from this location several times and have always picked up my order through the drive thru. However today it happened to be raining and I went throught the drive through and the employee said I had to go inside to pick up mobile orders. I asked why and he said bc his manager said so. So I get rained on and run inside and they say they can’t find my order. It was already paid for and I showed the manager my receipt as proof. She said that if I can’t prove that the charge went through on my statement then she can’t give me my order (I couldn’t prove it since my co-worker paid for it so I didn’t have access to the statement). And she stated she had to wait for corporate to call her back to confirm or deny that that my $18 charge went through. So there we are waiting. I thought it was ridiculous that Dairy Queen can’t even give over $18 worth of food to a customer that already paid just for the inconvenience of running in the rain and losing my order. I told the manager that instead of waiting, I was choosing to leave and just said I won’t come back again.

Went for a number one and the first time they screwed up the the order(2 patties and cheese) so I went back. I sat in line waiting. I got my second sandwich and left. I later opened that one and they did that one wrong too. I was not about to sit in that line again. It gets to me knowing I paid sir a service or something but not getting what I paid for.
