I had never been to Aroma Joe’s, I just don’t like the way coffee shops make their drinks! But the wife said just try them you might just like this one!!! So I did, and to my surprise it was like my wife, love from the beginning!!! I knew what I wanted but it wasn’t on the menu, it never is….
The young lady speaking thru the intercom was VERY VERY polite and asked me just to pull up to the windows and we would figure it out together!!! NEVER had it have had ANY place treat me this way. When the wife and I pulled up to the window, we went thru a bunch of options according to what I was looking for and the young lady made me a drink.
I digress, it wasn’t Just a drink, it was EXACTLY what I have been looking for!!!!!
Now I’ve sold door to door for 5.5 yrs all across the country, going thru 16 states every 6 months and have always given people the WoW factor at the door. The good kinda WoW like, WoW that kid was amazing!!! Not like the others going door to door like, WOW can you believe that kid?
This young lady at Aroma Joe’s was DEFINITELY WoW(ing) Customers!! Made me a fan of the brand because of her interaction with me!

An iced latte with oat milk should not taste like it’s 98% dairy creamer. I tossed the whole drink out, but that first small sip coated my tongue and hung around all morning. So gross. I probably should have guessed from the super light color of the drink. Was there even any espresso in there?? The Americano was ok, but not worth stopping for. Not sure I will try an Aroma Joes again, and definitely will never stop at the Newport location.

Took 4 tries and 20 minutes to get a simple iced latte with hazelnut while there were 6 people inside and only 2 other people in line. The rush spritzer I got was barely fizzy and super light on the flavor.

This was our second time here. Delicious breakfast sandwiches. Latte and mocha were so good. They very kindly remade my drink to dairy free as it was inadvertently made dairy. Super kind and happy staff. This will be our regular stop before heading south on I-95. 100% recommend.

I really like a good DD’S Coffee. I also really like a Micky D’s Coffee. I’m not a flavored coffee fan. I like it straight up, HOT & Black. I’ve tried many of the varied blends that Aroma Joe’s offers. I like the “Dark Roast” but I really like the “House Blend” the BEST.
But the absolute best feature to this place is their employees.
We all know those retail workers, who can effectively maintain a pleasant attitude, (Because it’s part of the JOB, and they HAVE to…?)
Well, ALL of the employees, I’ve met there, seem to have a GENUINELY pleasant attitude. Not fake, forced through duty, or requirement. And they seem to, each, emit a contagious positive attitude that can’t be ignored. This carries, throughout my day.
The BEST way, to start my day, is to start it in a pleasant way.
Aroma Joe’s Newport assures these ingredients.
Don’t forget to try their heated cinnamon rolls,
and their huge blueberry muffins.
Wish they had INSIDE sit down service.
But in this hyped up, fast paced world,
Grab~N’~Go… works just great with me.

I’m not a morning person but I drive away with a smile every morning! The two regular gals are DELIGHTS!!! They know my order and they are always going above and beyond with a sweet note on my cup or a pretty swirl in the latte. AND they work quickly and accurately. WAY TO GO!

Oh my goodness! We just pulled out of Aroma Joes and I had to leave a review! The lovely woman working there was amazing! She was super chipper, friendly, make great drinks and food perfectly! I’ll honestly go back for just having that start to my day! In this case it’s the start to my 11 hour trip- but we’ll be back in June!

I had never been here before so I decided to give them a try, when I saw the 32oz energy drink was basically 10 dollars I was surprised. But I tried it anyway. It was a good drink, tastes exactly like the energy drink you can get at Dunkin for 4.50 for the same 32oz. But the other stuff here is good the stuffed pretzel is dope!. Overall it’s ok. Prices are a little high compared to elsewhere.
