The ladies who were working the day I went last week were very sweet. They were very helpful and quick! I got me a simple black forest ham foot long meal with a bag of sun chips and a mango tea using my coupon. Everything went smoothly and the food tasted good!

Go to any other Subway but here. THEY ARE AWFUL. Terrible. RUDE. Get this: *this is supposed to be the same sandwich* I ordered them online but only one was made and ready for me — want to guess which one was made in front of me? (following the online order printout so I wasn’t even instructing them along the way). How could two orders turn out so differently from the same set of instructions? I should have checked the pre-made one before I left the store.
And on top of that they were awful, rude, horrible, used day-old bread on the pre-made one, I could go on and on.
DO NOT GO HERE. THEY ARE AWFUL.
There are other locations within a few miles of here who are better, nicer, and use fresh ingredients.

Don’t go here! They are thieves. They will pretend to take your coupon and still charge you full amount. You are suppose to scan the coupon but they won’t tell you that. They lie and tell you to give them the coupon and pretend like they applied it and still charge you full amount. When I questioned them why the discount didn’t show up, they got upset with me. They also are very stingy with vegetables and are rude when you ask for more. Subway corporate needs to investigate this location

This review is for the owner to know that the lady this morning was extremely disrespectful even after giving us an incorrect and incomplete order. I ordered two sandwiches and a drink, and had mentioned garlic aioli on the side for both. On reminding her about that, she gave only one side and that too about 20% full. I asked her for the other side to which she very rudely said – you got the other sandwich free so I will not give you the side for that! The owner should either fire or train this employee, so that they do not repeat such poor customer service and bring a bad name to their business.

Really bad costumer service. The lady was screaming at me instead of talking she was very impatient. I was trying to pay with a eGift card from work and she said she did not know how to use the computer to take the payment using it. Her companion was there but she did not know either. I think they need to have training on how to use modern pay systems to give a better costumer service.

Worst subway I’ve ever been to. Placed an order online for pickup and when I got there the lady was really rude. Also screwed up the sandwich. Wrong bread, wrong cheese, and when I said extra spinach she literally put two leaves. No joke. They are very stingy and not the friendliest employees/owners at this location.

I’m an Emory student. I go here all the time, nearly every week. No problems with the staff, ever. The ladies who work here are nice and know my order by heart. If you like Subway, you’ll like this one. Don’t understand why the other reviews are so harsh.

I haven’t seen anyone at any place being so rude to anyone!! They charged me incorrectly for my food and when I confronted they took my food and threw it in the garbage. Also started yelling at me when I asked them to call a manager!!! Yes, it was only $2 but that’s my hard earned money!! Saturday morning at 10:55AM. I’ve never had a problem like this at any other subway except this one. You guys are destroying the name of such a popular chain and definitely don’t deserve this franchise. I for sure will contact the executives of SUBWAY for being so RACIST AND TREATING A CUSTOMER SO BAD!!
